a little late but, If you want to speed up the combat animations use this cranim.txt file:
heroesportal.net/getfile.php?file=/files/information/16/Cranim.txt
Put it in your game's data folder, and you should have very fast animation speed in combat.
If you want to see Lots as Lots(20-49), Horde as Horde(50-99) when you right click on the creature on world map, use this file and paste it in the same data directory:

I know this is an old video, but is there any particular reason for not casting Curse on the Expert Blessed Ice Elemental during the first siege defense (from 5:40 in the video)? Ice Elementals have 3-7 damage, with Advanced+ Bless they deal 8 (that's a 60% increase over the average 5 they normally have), so Cursing it would've cancelled the Bless, reducing its damage output by over 60%. You lose out on one Lightning Bolt for it (which at 8:50 killed 2 of them), but it might have bought you two additional turns (which is enough for the Castle to make up for the lost damage), especially as the opposing hero doesn't have enough spell points for another Bless.

Damage on the phoenixes is good but why didn´t you curse the blessed water elementals ( 8:00 ) ?

I've got 2 questions:
are you Noro with the roc profile on heroes community?
When you rapidly right-click on all the things you could buy can you actually read them? I assume you are just thinking, but maybe you have lightning eyes or something.
