Technically Hae means do, and Yo does not have a meaning but it is to make expressions in a polite way. I recommend you think Hae and Yo separately. Because their function is different.🙂 And I'm not sure what Yeong e haeyo is..😥

Actually, '왜' doesn't have a bottom part. Words like 왠 have a bottom part 🙂
