Wichita, KS Special Siren Test | FS&S Thunderbolt 1000 (1min Alert) | 3/6/2023

So... This happened.
Right after all my plans for the trip were finalized, Mikey Ackman and I were in a voice call and he kinda invited himself along. That snowballed into Asa Wilcox and Sam Rinne coming along, which of course was fine - the more the merrier. This was our first of two tests together, the second of course being Ellinwood.
Despite being a 5M - the last in Sedgwick County - it really wasn't that loud. Turns out the top two horn bolts are missing... that'd explain it.
