He also made them identify how they felt it, for example: they both felt a finger running down their right forearm, although he only did it to one of them. It still perplexes me!

The show might have edited out the magician wafting his hands around the guy on the left as super obvious, weird, or simply to make the act shorter.

This one is quite simple actualy, the cards they use are holographic, depending on the position you look at them, different words appear, you can notice it while watching the video very carefully
In America got talent show 2019 one guy did the same trick with a doll and a hotel chair one of the judge sit in that chair and he said that the chair was actually possessed by some sort of spirit so when he touches the doll the judge felt those in his body... now i know how he does that 😂
I have seen the psychic touch trick performed 10 different times (at least) with the 'magician' standing 10 feet away from the person who got 'touched' and the person was standing up, not sitting on a tricked out chair. Never getting anywhere near the touched person and there was no apparatus around to give the 'touch'.
What your describing is either the people were actors in on the trick or maybe there was some sort of device placed on their clothing. Its hard to say without seeing the specific example you are talking about but theres always a explonation

Marc likes to use digital equipment and your right about the 1989 performance there is a digital clip board Marc uses which is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled so if you write on it a word or picture it transmits to a computer to reveal via software, to me I don't call that magic.. Also most often than not the judges and Ant & Dec are in on the performance as well not just Marc but others also..
what I don't get is that while the hosts were leaving the stage, one said to the other "Wow! That was freaky!" How could he know what was freaky if his eyes were closed the whole time. They should have asked, "what just happened?"
Shows can take far more than the 40 minutes or so that is aired on tv. Editing not only makes the show fit time constraints, it can make performances shorter, less boring, or hide mistakes/tells/flashes in the case of magic acts. It's also possible (though not necessary) that the hosts rehearsed the trick.
Wrong if your saying sumthing in the chair is not smart because the person being touched by the chair would obviously knowledge they are being touched by sumthing coming from the chair and the trick will be over from beginning
Nah this is legit freaky, I had the same trick done on me and my friend by a magician we met. Still to this day I wonder how the fuck is it possible. It was also done in front of everyone in the hotel that day, my friend and I were standing far away from each other, and whenever he touched one of us, the other felt the same on the same place. I swear I still get chills, if someone has better explanation let me know 😆 and btw no, none of us knew the guy, no gimmicks, nothing. And everyone in the room confirmed he was never touching both at the same time, and of course everyone was freaked out just as we were. I can understand card tricks, but this is beyond explaining.

If you weren't and you were just standing I would guess that the magician put some sort of device on your clothing without your knowledge and the removed it when the trick was done but that does seem very difficult to pull off. Its tough to find a explonation with just a verbal description but that is my best guess

The chair is most likely gimicked so it touches his outer middle body slightly. Touching him in a postion where it would feel somewhat natural for a finger to touch him. The chair isnt just poking him in the middle of his back
All the videos for this magician on the official channel have no comments. I wonder if there is some controversy around him? They only disable comments when there is criticism. I felt like the emotional manipulation of using his sick child in his original act was a bit in poor taste personally.

You're forgetting this has been edited. it's a very old trick, and the bit we're not seeing is when he massages the bloke on the left's aura - and gives him a tap on the back the audience don't see. They've left that bit out for TV - but note how it's a different place, because it would have been a subtle tap while distracting with a hand above his head. There's no mechanism in the chair, I've done this trick in bars.
