As for the third one I have to say this: When a trend in the automotive industry starts hindering performance and safety even (thicc cars can fit wider tyres which give more grip which in turn makes the car stop much quicker if needed), it's a sign to ditch it. You wonder why rally cars are so low and wide? Cause they need wide tyres and low posture makes for a better centre of balance and aerodynamics so the car is more predictable and more controllable at higher speeds and can reach these speeds much sooner. Also, thicc body kits look great if they are properly made! I'm sorry, but I like my cars like I like my girls. The only difference is that I do have a car... Also, why is that whenever someone wants to insult a car for its sleek looks, they call it "Girly"? What is wrong with that? The Miata is "Girly" but it's still a kickass car and one of the best Cost/Fun deals you can get. Audi TT is curvy and sleek and girly and guesses what? Its engine can make 400hp with bolt-ons and a tune and it has AWD. It can be a literal bullet on roads and tracks. It could wipe the floor with many of the much more aggressive and "Masculine" Cars. I think that it's an issue of overcompensation and culture people grow up in. A culture that makes them feel bad as men for liking "girly" things, that pokes fun at guys who do "Girly stuff", that makes fun of Husbands for taking care of their children while their wife does extra hours at work, things like that. Why is it bad to like girly things as a man? Is there a logical reason why a man shouldn't be allowed to like cars that are "Non-Threatening", that are Cute, Girly? I stand firmly with RCR on this issue. It's ok for guys to appreciate things that aren't masculine, that aren't aggressive, that aren't mean and threatening. It's ok to have a more delicate side, a side that loves poetry and cries on sad movies. You should never feel ashamed for liking things that "aren't meant for your sex". The same goes for women! You should never feel ashamed for liking cars, working on your bike and watching Boxing fights. Enjoy things that make you happy and care not for people who try to shame you for them.

Bladed Angel thin is sexy for cars. The R32, R33 and R34 have a way more refined and distinct look compared to those modern wide body R35s crawling around which just looks like a total shapeless mess.
Honestly, I was in the same boat as the folks that hated widebody kits, but the manufacturers have started supporting them for the street scene a lot more and they just look better and people are getting better at designing them and their widespread acceptance just allowed them to start being normalized and start looking good. That's what's changed and I think that's why the opinions have changed.
I love Challengers btw. Their blocky look keeps them closer to the original. However it is changing every year. The 2008-2014 models looked sooo much like the original first gen Challengers. The tailights the grille and the hood scoops were nearly identical to the 1970 one. Then in 2015 it got redesigned. It still kept its blocky body but the grille and tailights changed.
@@avrggamer69 I miss the old 2 door muscle car Chargers. Sure the performance sedan is cool and it makes it more practical but I like the classic ones with 2 doors. (Especially the 1969 Charger R/T) Despite being 2 doors they still had usable back seats and a decent sized trunk so its not to impractical but it probably would have been a disaster trying to sell 2 different 2 door cars at the same time so they made it 4 doors.
(3:00) They didn't exactly make up a new term. They just took a phrase, "automatic motion", and then English has car from "carriage", which existed before cars.

Why even build cars that have the potential to break track records left right and center if you only sell them to rich people who will leave them to rot at their garage? "Car" is actually a railroad term, first introduced by the B&O (I believe). At the time it was short for carriage. When the flang-less self-propelled automobile started replacing the horse & wagon, car became unanimous with automobile. "We can't keep making driving bricks:
Any truck: ...
RIGHT??? Remember how dangerously thin the tires were on early 2000's cars (especially on Hyundai's)? What asshat thought thin was sexy for cars and otherwise! Nearly got us all killed! They squealed everywhere!
That didnt have to be so long. Some things just arent meant to be girly.
@@olli9764 Why? Why can't there be girly cars and why can't guys enjoy them?
@@edim108 There can be girly cars but corvettes should remain manly and not try to become girly. Its ok for anyone to like what ever the fuck they want if it doesn't Hurt anyone else.

Although, it looks like a brick, it is still aerodynamic through its (less obvious) rounded edges.
In my opinion hypercars aren't dumb. They're just pointless. Why even build cars that have the potential to break track records left right and center if you only sell them to rich people who will leave them to rot at their garage?
But hopefully it'll change with FIA introducing the special hypercar class so that these manufacturers can finally compete and see who's got the best hypercars for real.
Well said
For collectabillity of the car and for the manufacturer's reputation, perhaps even bragging rights for the owner.

"Car" is actually a railroad term, first introduced by the B&O (I believe). At the time it was short for carriage. When the flang-less self-propelled automobile started replacing the horse & wagon, car became unanimous with automobile. So the overly huge vented boxcars known to railroaders as autoracks are carriages that transport carriages.
I think you forgot people saying that automatics are slow and gay.
