This has always been one of my favorite riffs. Jake and I talked about it a couple of years ago in Reno when he was in Reno with Red Dragon. Such a remarkable riff.
Great job, sounds great. I was a young teenager when Blizzard was released. I was so fortunate to be the right age as so many great metal bands ruled the land. When I bought Bark at the Moon I instantly became a Jake fan.one of my favorite guitarists and the Ultimate Sin is my favorite Ozzy Album. It was great start to finish..Classic Jake really shined, his style is unique and so underrated ! Hope he finds continued success.👍
Great playing! l iistened to this record when it came out, and loved Jake's playing, which was one of those great musicians that made me want to start playing the guitar. More than 30 years later I'm listening again and liking it even more, I'm learning this songs now and I'm having a blast !!
This has to be one of the best acceret on spot versions I've ever seen my friend you did Perfect !! Trust me I also made a video on my channel I did of this & other Ozzy songs bc I try my best to sound close to Jake & Randy all the others etc with a little favor of my own originality bc this is super here bro you rock !!
You make look so effortless! I look like I'm in a constant fight with my guitar! I also kind of look like I'm having a seizure while playing. I'm squirming all over and biting my tounge that's sticking out! Oh well 😧
Very good effort, however I seem to recall an interview with Jake E Lee where he describe tuning of the strings far from the normal manner. I think if you captured that aspect you would have a nailed it. Like I said well done.
"Guitar sound make with Logic Pro X" from title... cool playing, love this tune! Shot in the Dark originally written by 'FM' uk aor band, bassist took it to ozzy and it was uncredited.
Great sound and playing! Is the video not the part you play? Since you can see no amps plugged or shining their power leds etc, but also I can follow your fingering in D# tuning except on 6th string or the last chord before chorus. They are either one whole step off or the last chord before chorus is on the 6th string instead of the 5th.
Ozzy don't play this song anymore cause the bass player Phil Sousan?? Idk how to spell it and when he left ozz I guess he essentially left and took the rights to his song with him. Just like oz don't play bark at the moon much anymore...
Back when music was still great
This has always been one of my favorite riffs. Jake and I talked about it a couple of years ago in Reno when he was in Reno with Red Dragon. Such a remarkable riff.
Have you talked to Jake?
amazing!
Genius guitar work by Jake E Lee. You don't see that anymore.
Holiday Inn on Thursday's during happy hour, this guys set is great. Drinks half price too.

Find the original version and play it. This is the other version that shows up on the latter recording.
And Jake had ginormous shoes to fill with Randy Rhoads leaving us waaaay too soon!
I was born in the early 90s but Bark at the Moon changed my life lol still trying to master the song 😂
That lick at the end 4:00 has always been one of my favorites. Well done!
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
Amazing
Your amazing playing just proved how amazing Jake E. Lee is

Love it!
I only wished I could play that well.
I like your tone, your sound so much¡¡¡ Congrats man¡¡
awesome playing! thank you!
Fuckin' amazing dude, when are you gonna do Forever/Centre of Eternity?
You make look so effortless! I look like I'm in a constant fight with my guitar! I also kind of look like I'm having a seizure while playing. I'm squirming all over and biting my tounge that's sticking out! Oh well 😧
Great job!

He's not playing any amp there. Marshall's always have a light on and there are no lights on. He is using a PC amp simulator.
ok, great
No actually those are the right chords I play this song. He just doesn't have a good backing track.
Right, but at least he didn't ruin it with too much fizzy, mushy, gain. I really respect that. Sounded pretty good, I thought. Good simulator.
@@jesuschrist2886 he's showing how Jake would play it LIVE, without all those keyboards, so we can hear the guitar. He did a superb job.
"Guitar sound make with Logic Pro X" from title... cool playing, love this tune! Shot in the Dark originally written by 'FM' uk aor band, bassist took it to ozzy and it was uncredited.
Great job 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
So cooooooool
Can you do zakk Wilde era stuff ?
good!!!
WOW!
Boy did I cheat playing that back in the day.
Ive always wanted to do an 80s era Ozzy tribute band, but no one in my area can play guitar this good...no im serious
Great job bro!!
Awesome, man. ^_^
you have the tablature.
is amazing
Is it custom made guitar?
I had JEL model that made by Shavel before. Jake is the most favorite guitarist to me. The ultimate sin album is perfect.
Thank you!
This guitar is Japan made products.
The ultimate sin is my favorite album.
I can't afford Charvel guitars.
Be nice
Fuck yea, rock on!
He Made thar looks to easy.... Jake I bet you can play that in your sleep. uh?. 😎
Show!!
Acho que faltou sentimento nas notas, sentir a vibe da música. Mas da pra ver que estudou a digitação
🤘
Very good cover! IMO, Jake was the best guitarist Ozzy had (yes, even better than Randy).
Both were amazing buy Randy was more creative as a musician
Cmon, Jake is underrated but doesn’t compare to Randy, Zack is nasty too
@@brads.8908 true
Pretty good but you need to practice a lil more on when to control the volume.
やっぱり、サツマさんって凄いなー。
Anyone who thumbs down this needs to seek medical help for a stroke.
Subscribing
Holy smokes . Getting my guitar out
That’s
How does that icepick on the Marshall work?
I made a sound by mac application logic pro x
Needs more gain, sound is too small. Great playing, fix your tones!
Great sound and playing! Is the video not the part you play? They are either one whole step off or the last chord before chorus is on the 6th string instead of the 5th.
Congrats !! Btw, where did you buy the pickguard??
Awesome , whats your tuning? please.
Ozzy don't play this song anymore cause the bass player Phil Sousan?? Idk how to spell it and when he left ozz I guess he essentially left and took the rights to his song with him. Just like oz don't play bark at the moon much anymore...
niceplayisgodhandnow,
What the he'll are you playing through?
Awesome. Do you ever just crank the shit out of the plexi?
I don't play the plexi marshall.
I made a sound by mac application logic pro x.
My marshall is 1971 product.
Not plexi...
