      @@engvidBenjamin , Thank you! Your videos are extremely enlivening and inspiring. I write poetry, but I want to extend to children's books and I realised that I needed a refresher in the use of English language. I stumbled across your video in Michigan online and I was mesmerised by your energy and love of artful communication. You now have a 64 year old fan! Keep up the good work.

    • @engvidBenjamin
      @engvidBenjamin  Год назад +2

      I'm not sure this is the right adjective. Attractive tends to be used to describe physical appearance. An appropriate adjective to describe a presentation in a positive light would be compelling, or engaging, among other options.

    Thank you for such a stunning expression for the meaning of each word, which made your class more attractive...

    • @engvidBenjamin
      @engvidBenjamin  3 года назад +2

      Thanks :) BTW, stunning is used to describe physical beauty - could be of a person or could be a landscape or a painting. We wouldn't normally describe a class as being attractive; we can describe people as attractive if they are good looking or you could talk about an opportunity being attractive if you think it's a good one.

    • @irinakovtunenko7004
