I understand you - probably the first three are many times better than the others.... however I think you'll be missing something if you don't also watch the other two....ALSO bearing in mind of course that they MIGHT not be as good as the first three (in fact I would say that the first TWO are MARGINALLY better than the third)....(I thoroughly DISAGREE with all the haters of the Temple of Doom - I watched it at the cinema as a fresh 13 year old, and absolutely LOVED it - yes, slightly shocking in places for someone so young, but NOT too much so....the important thing is that GOOD triumphs over the great evil in the story - and this is an important life lesson for ALL ages) Hey sorry man for the long probably unnecessary discourse!!!🙂🙂🙂......

@@chrissinclair4442 Hey man are you a Temple LOVER like me???!!!! Temple could well actually be my favourite of them all!!!! I remember watching it at the cinema way back as a fresh 13 year old, and came out feeling as if I had had an AWESOME, SEMINAL experience....of course some scenes were quite shocking to someone of my age, however they most certainly did NOT have any long-term consequences whatsoever for me....even children need to be exposed to a bit of evil on the screen, to prepare them for the realities of life....the important thing is that in the movie, GOOD emphatically TRIUMPHS over the evil....and the closing heart-moving scenes are part of the great MAGIC of the movie for me❤❤❤ (Sorry for the long discourse, or if I've got it wrong and you don't actually like the movie!!)
PS. Yes let's hope that Dial is, well it's unlikely to be as good as Temple tbh, but let's hope it at least does justice to the franchise as a whole....my realistic hope is that it could be as good as the first three, but won't hold my breath.... however will keep an open mind!!!😉

@@PeterEgbuna-ne9bp The early reviews for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull were mostly positive and look how the fans receive it today. It wasn't a bad film, but by golly it wasn't the greatest either. Early reviews mean nothing. Also, Jurassic World: Dominion was mostly positive, but it was a disappointment to most JP fans.

I will love it no matter what. I will celebrate it no matter what. I will be excited about it because I owe that to my 22 year old self in 1981. If the new movie is just Ok, I will defend it. This is what makes movies great. The Mandalorian and anything on Disney+ cannot match the anticipation and joy of waiting for a movie to be released. So that even if a movie doesn't match the expectations, it is STILL A MOVIE. It isn't a product being trawled onto a streaming service like so much paste. It is a movie being watched where movies should be seen.

As a fan I have to say 3 out of 5 Indiana Jones films being great isn't a bad record. Most fans have mixed feelings about Kingdom of Crystal Skull, and I think given Kathleen Kennedy unpopular maybe it will have mixed reviews. But as a fan it is Harrison Ford last time as Indiana Jones, so fans may be sympathetic to Ford's last film. I don't know what legacy Dial of Destiny will leave but it is still fun to see one last Indiana Jones film.

I cant wait to see this movie. Oh my God we needed this film so bad because Crystal Skull even though it was a great movie it just felt like it wasn't the end and these movies are just so iconic and the Crystal Skull is aged very well now that it's had time to mature outside of nostalgia and I am beside myself to experience them having the DEA agent technology so he can come back as his younger self cuz I bet if Harrison Ford would have been given 10 more Indiana Jones movies before he got old he would have done every single one of them and it's criminal that we only have five movies when we should have like 15 of them instead of a fast and furious franchise that really needs to end LOL no disrespect the Vin Diesel of The Fast and Furious fans out there I love those movies too but my God we need more movies like this with more sequels because you can only do so many car crashes and ridiculous stunts before it just gets old

I don’t pay attention to what the critics say because the majority of the time, they are wrong so wrong and there been many examples of this.
