Play along to your favorite songs that are easy to play at first and sing along to them. The more you play and sing the more you'll get better at it. When I first started I played Nirvana songs like About A Girl, Polly, Drain You, Something in the Way, On A Plain over and over again and sang along to it. Simple and easy songs like that are great for when you're starting as it gets you use to playing guitar and singing at the same time.
