My triglycerides are down 40% after a year of taking Vascepa! I have tried for the last five years to get my numbers down and Vascepa is the only thing that is getting it done!
@@keitharguelles2225 , I too experienced the same fishy aftertaste. My holistic MD told me that I am lacking enough stomach enzymes to digest the oils in the fish. He told me that I needed more lipase. I purchased (over the counter ) Ness formula 5 lipase and take these capsules whenever I eat anything fishy, or with a lot of fat content. (Vascepa/ generic too). I have learned over time, to adjust the amount of capsules I need, depending upon the fat/oil content in the food. This product has really helped me overcome the aftertaste of fish.👍🏼
Hmm. I have had 2 Vascepa capsules leaked on me before. I prepare them in a daily pill box. And I've had them stick together but were not sticky to the touch. I do get a fishy after taste. Would bile salts help with that?
Great video-can you put them both side by side against a ruler? Everything about the generic smells "fishy" to me. We need an oxidation test--I suspect the encapsulation may not be up to par. ruclips.net/video/fZPjPtzFnsM/видео.html FIRST VIDEO LINK

Love it. Congratulations!
Thanks for your efforts in Vescepa vs. generic. I viewed both videos and learned from them.
Thanks for doing this!!
GREAT VIDEO!
With insurance, Vascepa was costing me $185 for 120 pills. With insurance, generic is now costing me $0.
mister, hopefully the price of BRAND VASCEPA will come down for you; in time.
What does the capsule have to do with the validation of oil inside? Which one is better than the other?
It also looks like the Generic leaves a darker stain on the cutting board than Vascepa does.
Captain, nice observation. I'll have to do another test to see if that can be duplicated. Stay tuned.
Could anyone please tell me if there is an aftertaste to the generic? Does one burp a fishy taste? Thank you.
Just started on the generic this week and it didn't give me the fish burps.
I been taking generic for a year. I always burp a fishy taste

Lexx, I have NEVER had an issue with leakage or an fishy after taste with Brand VASCEPA; so I am unable to offer an opinion.
My insurance WON’T pay for generic, will co-pay with me if I pay over $100. for #60 capsules.
My insurance only pay for generic, is it safe
Hi Barbara. That is a question for your Doctor to answer. Have you looked into purchasing Brand Vascepa "off label" using Amarin's coupon card?
@@HelloPastorMike my insurance won't cover the brand name. I paid 8.00 for a 3 month supply
