    absolutely epic information! this was a keystone to my dietary changes and I've lost upwards of 30 pounds since 4 months!

    Great info, and has me intrigued enough to do some more research on the diet. Hopefully Aron found some relief with deep tissue massage for his calves. I don't know of anything that does more for my quality of life, in combination with chiropractic care. The massage has to make you feel like you played a whole game of full contact hockey without pads. None of these 'relaxing' massages. Get somebody with strong hands and sharp elbows, and get them to make you feel the pain.

    It seems that I have commented on all your videos. I am want Aron would call a fat kid always have been. I am about 6 ft 270-280. I would like to get in touch with you in regards to this diet.
