  • The overhead press is the best exercise for shoulder mobility and shoulder strength. But you can't get the most out of it without a strong lockout.
    I'm going to show you how to overhead press for stronger shoulders and better shoulder flexibility by improving your press technique, maximizing the isometric effort in the lockout position, squeezing every last ounce of juice out of the all-important shrug. The overhead press is a total body exercise. So, by optimizing your overhead press lockout, you'll increase benefit to the shoulders AND the traps, upper back, pecs, abdominal muscles, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves, as well as get the full impact on your balance, overhead mobility, and your posture. The "Electrocution" cue will improve your overhead press TODAY and make you stronger, safer, and more stable at the top of the movement.
