Jammin' on Japanese Jank 🇯🇵 Mountain Biking Fujimi Panorama Bike Park

- Fujimi Panorama Bike Park is the biggest mountain bike park in Japan and it was really cool! Lots of weird, unpredictable corners (which we began calling Jankanese corners), lots of cool flow and lots of FUN.
And really, that’s all we’re looking for! I was feeling so good on my bike, despite how tough and technical it was. Following Matt from League of Trail helped a ton, it’s easy to see the dude is an amazing rider.

Your RUclips video contributes to the development of mountain bikes in Japan.🥰
If thats true, Brian pls come to Mexico :D
Man Seth was my favorite utuber. But now i think u have taken the title. Seth's bike hacks better come up w some more videos to beat this. LOL both channels are 🔥 💯. Thanks guys.
Cullen Y. Agreed. I found Brain through Seth’s channel a few years ago. Brian and Alex are just so personable and relatable. It’s like catching up with our buddies on social media. Just a really well formatted and over produced version of social media. I digress. Point being this is an awesome medium. Its like being able to experience a small piece of the ride with them. I foresee Brian and Alex taking over the RUclipss in the next couple years. Good luck, fellas!
Same here
That little garden was sweet. Everything has its own certain spot
The entire ride, head tilting to the left, right, left, right. Japan looks awesome. You must of been super stoked every ride. Never thought Japan would have MTB parks. What a great find.
Hahaha awesome!
It is really interesting to see this, I have been living in Japan for 21 years so to see it through the eyes of someone new to it, gives me a different perspective.
I was about to sleep and then this come out! Hahaha thank you sir!
When you slid the foyer door open I fell in love.... I love Banzai and Japanese plants in general.
I love your videos, can’t wait for the next one 😀
Lived in Japan years ago and still remember my first onsen experience! Glad you were able to have one! It was great! Looking forward to more of these.
Onsen are the perfect bike ride recovery visit, I spent three months riding around Japan and those hot springs were always a highlight
It’s been a while and to my surprise your all over the globe. No riding for me but, I still enjoy watching someone else killing it riding. Peace ☮️
I always ride this park! I live in Japan and its really cool to see someone else's take on my favourite bike park.
That's an amazing park, those trails looked awesome! I loved seeing the Japanese buildings and how some things are similar to what we have in the US. Favorite part of the video was the grown naked men giggling with a camera in the spa!
Japan Is SIIICK! Went there for some snowboarding a few years ago, and now need to go back for a bike sesh! Thanks for the ride!
Name a better MTB youtuber... I’ll wait. The guy just represents the sport well, plain and simple
I love Brian, but I think there are several MTB RUclipsrs that do a great job representing the sport.
Michael Skembo ohh for sure, he just seems like a really genuine guy
I'd never really thought of Japan as a riding destination for some reason but watching bcpov's videos and now yours it's 100% made it onto the bucket list. So good 👍
There is no question in my mind that you are certifiably insane. All you have to do is go off at Trail and hit one of those trees and you're probably dead. And every time you get close you just laugh. Amazing
Everyone of these, reminds me of the little things i miss there.
Looks like its a going great! Made my day!
It's pretty awesome!
Damn, dude! That is some wide, fast, flowy trail. Looks like such a blast.
Those berms on the second trail were so cool. Someone really knows how to make brilliant mountain bike trails out there. Am I a little jealous? You bet I am. Great video.
Sick riding and scenery like always!
Yes the adventure continues! Some sweet riding, and got to love those solid descents. Good mix of riding and culture in the video too my man. 🤘
Looks like your having a great time again Brian. You are very spoilt with these trips! Thanks for sharing
Amazing Guest House, Amazing Trail, Amazing Japan!. I love this video brian. Keep it up. 👌
Everywhere you go, they know how to build MTB Trails, so GOOD!
Holy shit man!! those trails are insane and so magical. WOW. thanks for the adventure!!
too many WOW on a single video, japan is awesome
Meister RA Japan is awesome
These videos are great! Japan and mtb in one, great!!
I rode every trail in this park. Super fun! Reminded me of east coast US riding with all of the rocks and roots
I worked at fujimi last summer and I’m working there in like 2 weeks. I also used the same onsen lol
Nice!!
Awesome video Brian. My 3 kids (9 & 2 x 6) sat down and watched over breakfast. Such a great way to star the day here in Australia. Really nice that you’re adding more footage of the accomodation, countryside and other highlights so everyone can get a feel for what the whole trip is like. Enjoy.
Fantastic!! glad to hear it!
Thank you for "taking" us there. Never know there's such a nice bike park in Japan
Braziiiill Your videos are incredible.
The adrenaline levels I achieved, in my office chair, watching this video, were to the moon! Thanks for sharing, Brian!
whoa!!..waiting for the ninjaz to come out, nice ride man👍
I can't help but wonder how awesome a flow trail through a bamboo forest would be.
That would be epic
Been busy for a while, binge watching Brians vids, if japans taught me anything so far, its hold on for your life and send it ;)
Hahaha yes!
True Japanese futons coupled with the bamboo flooring is hard to beat.
That nasty curve at 14:17 reminds me of a black diamond segment on the Tour of B.C. professional bike race.
It starts out as a sharp right inbetween trees that are so close together that if you don’t make the turn 100% perfect you will hit a tree. Then it goes into the staircase 20 15 feet vertical drops. With the last one being a 30 foot vertical drop. Into an Indy turn left only 25 feet away into a rock garden( they call it the dryer. Because if you aren’t good at rocks you will crash. Then a triple Indy with steep cliffs
Yikes!!
What an amazing park to ride and then that other trail...super cool B, great series so far
Japan looks amazing Brian .great food .great people .great biking .awesome. see you on the trail
Great looking trails again!!!! Loving all the food stops and getting to see some of the cultural differences. Great video as always!!! 🤘

This is the type of house i want lol the vibe is so dope
Japan 🇯🇵 looks amazing! You always inspire me to travel with my bike. Thanks another great video. That hair is getting long.
"Tiny but so well kept" sounds like I imagine Japan.
You sounded a bit like Owen Wilson in this. So many "wow".
Crazy looking trail. Nice guest house. Have family that live in Osaka.
Beautiful trails, awesome video 💪🇯🇵
not too hot not too cold but too good be riden that trail just wow!
You could have done a whole video on the guest house lol looked so cool. Smoking fast greens are just fun!
Awesome videos, love watching your trips
Awesome 🤙 Wish to visit all trails You have been ride
Regards from 🇵🇱
Yeah man, the Japanese bath (Ofuro) is the best. Really miss it. A shower and a bath in the states just don’t compare. I have never been riding in Japan, but those tracks look really good too!
Can you keep it down please! I'm trying to watch this at work... Seriously though awesome series thanks again. I would love to hear some Ripmo critiques
too BTW. Been loving mine for the last few weeks!
Hahaha thanks man!!
You should try some wrist guards for you hand problem. My friend is a climber and his tendons would get very sore. He got wrist guards and it really helped. Takes some getting used to because they are stiff. Hope you can get some relief.
Interesting!
Wow, Trench Riding! It's like downhill with a little bit of battling through the hedge rows thrown in for good measure. So far, this has been the most amazing year for mtb videos, ever. I think you've had a big hand in raising the bar, Brian. You're doing great work all the time. Thanks for another great vid. By the way, are there not any Japanese riders in Japan? What would Yuka think? Ah well. Peace. The Adventure Continues...
Haha trench riding is a good way to put it!! Plenty of Japanese riders the first day, this day was really barren at the park. We get a local guide in the following vids.
Even bigger bike park. Nice runs
No one:
Brian: [Uncontrollable laughter while doing drops]
when FB shows you cheap flights to Japan.. you watch this! lol
I really enjoy your touring and vlogging around, man. You are a pretty cool dude. Do more tour videos like you did in japan video 1.
Looks fun!
It was a blast!
I have been exercising my grip strength and i think it helps from soreness in the forearms and hands, you may want to consider it
Another great ride !
Oh damn this awesome trail 😍
I'm tired from just watching! Good concentration Sir
when i see your vids all i want to do is go ride my bike, but i broke my arm 2 weeks ago and they put in 2 wires the my shaulder. i get them out on jun 27th. keep up the good work love the videos. i watched your last vid twice on my big tv and on my pc lol.
Ah man, hope you feel better soon!!
@@bkxc thanks
Super video 👍😉
please enjoy country of japan. Be careful on the way back. thank you BKXC.
Keep up the great work
That looked like just good fun.
Great vid. Love all the extra stuff like food, local attractions and history...
Will you be riding with any Japanese mtb guys or ladies on the trails?
Yep, we rode with a local once we got out of the bike parks
I fight arm pump as well as a shoulder impediment. After watching your video on the Revgrips I broke down and made the purchase. I have 5 rides on the grips and they will never leave my bike. I was using the Wolf tooth Fat paws that seem to help but the Revgrips seem to really help with the arm pump. The real test wiil be 3-4 days straight riding at Sedona.
Awesome!!
Im going to an onsen next week in kyushu. . . that would be a strange experience seeing bkxc at one
Super cool trail footage Brian..
Thanks Chris! Always appreciate your comments.
Finding the flow !
Fujimi Panorama is great. I spent 6 days riding there, trying to squeeze in 10-11 runs a day.. Almost made it except for rain on 2 days
Wow!! That's a lot of riding
Some of the best runs there technical and speed amazing 😎✌️
Ok. You gotta stop posting these great vids! I have now extended my holliday in Japan for 3 more days so I can hit all these great locations. Wondering if you might be heading down to Shimoda as just North West of there are some good trail rides I was checking out. Thank you for this - really helping me plan my Itinerary for September. ありがとう
Haha awesome!!
Amazing bike park.
Nice. Can you do a video of exploring around Japan? I went over there for work once, its great to see the architecture, culture and food so different to our own. Keen to go back one day!
I did one on Tokyo!
Kawaii trail bkxc!
Another great video keep it up...
I hope you had some eel while you were there. Great video.
Nice video!!!for the arm pump, just try to make more leverage whit your legs. You can do this moving the cleats back in your shoes or moving the handlebars a little close to you (turn the handlebars till brake levers are a little up/more level whit the ground) It helps me a lot with bike control and confidence in large runs full of big hits and chunky stuff. If you are cooking your arms you need to put that extra onto your legs. I would try handlebars first till you notice less arm pump or some changes in bike handling.
Interesting!!
Awesome video 🔥
Man the trails look awesome. Does your guides have a POC to get guided and mtb rentals around Kyoto and Osaka? I will be out there for about a week in about a week but haven’t found any shops to get guided and rent a bike. I see trails from the apps but nothing for guided and bikes. Thanks in advance. Great videos man.
Bro! Awesome ride, but that camera is amazing! Smooth footage! What cam did you use?
"That's a big chunk of chicken." New t-shirt idea.
I’m sure your thankful you got two bike park rides from all that walking around in the first video. I’m sure your thankful lol.
Have you ever considered doing the craziest mountain bike event ever? Megalavache. 400+ from the top of Alp D’huez. 29 kilometers with the first part on packed snow. You have to be two qualifications to make it to the main event or you not allowed to go to the snow start on Sunday. The event is 4 days Thursday is scouting the dirt part. Friday both qualifications Saturday morning remaining qualifications and disqualified ride only half of the course. Sunday the main event
No interest at all!
This looks 10x better than your Tibet trip already 😂.
Hey Brian, are you sure that was chicken? 🤔 LOL 🤣 Love the video 😎🤘
jajaja so good video love mountain biking! now feel motivated what gest me going the longest while bike is delta parole or other rokk music!
Liking the kung goo sound affects! Whoootaaash!!
