About 28 years ago I was 4 my pap and I sat down at his table with a clock display like this and he said let’s see what makes this work. We took it apart and found out what made it “Tick” And I remember it opening up a whole world of ideas that you can fix things on your own. I may not of gotten a few RC cars back together along the way, but I think I would of made him proud if he was still here. Thanks for making me think of him when this came up on my news feed today!!

Parents used to have a alarm clock like this. Tried to time it in my head for it to flip to the next minute...
Then it was time to change it for daylight saving and forced those flaps almost to the breaking point...going back an hour took 2 minutes...and more of a bitch if you shot past the minute you wanted.
Fun to flip it fast in one shot to get it at exactly :00
Guess who busted it...😁...took that thing apart just to know how that bloody thing worked.

There's 104 days of summer vacation
And school comes along just to end it
So the annual problem for our generation
Is finding a good way to spend it
    Like maybe...
    Building a rocket
    Or fighting a mummy
Or climbing up the Eiffel Tower
Discovering something that doesn't exist (Hey! )
Or giving a monkey a shower
    Surfing tidal waves
    Creating nanobots
Or locating Frankenstein's brain (It's over here! )
    Finding a dodo bird
    Painting a continent
Or driving your sister insane (Phineas! )
    As you can see
There's a whole lot of stuff to do
Before school starts this fall (Come on Perry)
So stick with us 'cause Phineas and Ferb
    Are gonna do it all
So stick with us 'cause Phineas and Ferb are
    Gonna do it all!
