  • -Focus on the reduced role of viability testing in the setting of STICH trial viability substudy. Possible hypotheses for the failure of viability testing.

    There is a new trial called Revived trial which showed PCI does not change hard outcomes (death and hospitalization) in ischemic cardiomyopathy

    Also i thought there are data showing if revascularization is performed in non viable segments patient tend to do worse? Please correct me
