Update: With the Weaponing Tuning Dev Insights Article released on 5/15/24. Lament, Osteo Striga, and Divinity are all getting a nerf. Lament idk why they decided to nerf it tbh, maybe because of Prismatic coming into the sandbox, but I think it will still be fine. Osteo is going to be just okay imo after this update, might be better off with thorn if you're rocking a strand warlock build with necrotic grip. And divinity... may not be that great anymore, I think it will take a little more concentration from the div user and their fireteam if they opt to use it during DPS, but we will have to wait and see. Another thing to note master Rahool is getting reworked. People can still do Lost Sectors to farm exotic engrams it won’t drop the exotic itself anymore. Once you reach tier 2 focusing becoming an Elite member, you will be able to use one Exotic armor and Cipher (unlimited times until you don’t have anymore exotic engrams & ciphers). You can pick any exotic (new ones included) for any character won’t need to rely on RNG anymore thank god. For the stats of course when you decrypt but the system overall will be better for our time.
