Wise Gaming lol did you even watch civil war? He has the powers, the suit helps him control it, for example his homemade one has really dark lenses so he can see properly when spoder sense goes off.
The trailer would have been much better had they not included the "give the suit back" cliche thats gonna happen at the halfway-2/3's point in the movie. Its already going to slow the movie down to a crawl when it happens anyway, but showing us its gonna happen is just going to make it worse when it does.

Tony Stark says this because a hero's will and inherent skills are more improtant to who they are than the hero's ability. This is beacuse when you take away all the tools and aesthetics of a hero, their essence is what they ultimately use to make their mark on the world. It's shown in a lot of Marvel movies, and superhero movies in general. Captain America is a strong warrior thanks to a military experiment, but Steve Rogers is a natural-born leader who uses this strength and shield to bring peace to the world. Thor started off as a cocky, arrogant Asgardian prince with a powerful weapon (hammer), but once he learned that there were more important things to fight for, he regained his power to save the day. It's like when Tony Stark says at the end of Iron Man 3 - "You can take away my house, all my tricks and toys. One thing you can't take away... I am Iron Man."
I believe this will be the core lesson in Spiderman 2017: Peter Parker finding his place in the world as both himself and Spiderman, hero and everyday teen with Tony Stark is his guide.

Looking back at this trailer, it may have “spoiled” many plot points but I really really like the tone and style this one goes with. I do like the others but the music and the way it’s made just shows how surreal and serious being this hero is.

he doesnt look "emo", he doesnt look 60s spider-man, this incarnation he just looks like a normal, nerdy kid. They've got the wittiness and cocky attitude just right, and I luv how Tony Stark is his mentor thats something nice and original. I feel they have finally got Spider-man right.

I'm more excited about Michael Keaton's role as the vulture than anything else. guy looks freaking awesome and might actually be the first good villain we get in the MCU(aside from Loki)
Eh if you want to see the MCU's best villains id say to go to netflix since they are a part of the MCU too. Wilson Fisk, Killgrave, Cottonmouth etc are all amazing villain portrayals.
I Was thinking he was "camp" before but after this trailer is more "cool". but it's going to have to be an oscar worthy effort to wash away the cringe of the previous villains.
+Omni Homeboy You're right...I forgot those guys are in the MCU as well. Marvel does an awesome job with their villains when they actually have the time to develop on them, hopefully they learn how to balance it out and give more screen time to their movie villains more, so that they are just as good as the TV show ones.
