U have to push yourself lift heavy strenth will go up and that will give u more size. It works
How soon did you noticed that it was working and it says 6 days on with one day off. So was you training 6 days a week. I mean if helping you recover faster why not go a extra day to make gains
I did weight training 6 days straight during my first 6 days of taking it. I mostly noticed a strength increase. Day one I took it before training at night and didn’t notice much and then day two I took it before training in the morning and there was a notable increase in strength! I didn’t notice much as far as recovery.
Once you stop taking it does it go away fast
The effects that you get while taking it are very mild. If you know your body well and how you respond to supplements, you can definitely feel and notice the benefits. Once you’re done with your full cycle you won’t feel the effects anymore. The results you get while taking it can definitely be maintained through keeping up with your diet and training though!

Did u notice any muscle gain or strength size?
I definitely noticed an increase in strength. It’s kind of hard to tell if I really gained any muscle, because I was in too much of a calorie surplus. I think it can definitely help build muscle with the proper protocol. Are you thinking about trying a bottle?
I think this would be best to take at a slight calorie surplus or at calorie maintenance. It would also probably even be more beneficial at maintaining muscle on a cut. I’m definitely planning on buying another bottle soon.
@@JesseShredder I’m currently on arachidonic acid and it works and I just got my bottle of PA and I’m excited.I just wanna put some size and strength on top
I remember AA was a huge deal to the market back in the day. How are you liking it?
Flip side question did you lean out any but was still able to lift heavy’s I’m looking at it from more of the strength side then size but if can get me so better definition of hypertrophy I’m definitely down for that
