      @@7474. 30-40 min pre workout, and I take 13 grs of eeas 20 min before the workout.

      At 15 I wouldn't bother. Focus on your diet and sleep and you'd probably see better results

      2 weeks of using it and definitely notice the strength increase. My fitness level is more on the beginner level, I am strong a work out everyday but I have 5 kids so my workouts are shorter and more to the point. I definitely feel stronger and have been increasing my weight on dumbells every workout

    I'm going to say genetics certainly play a huge part which is the downside for a lot of people because I deployed with a guy that was taking this and he was hitting the gym pretty consistently and he didn't really have noticeable gains but I mean it is what it is, I've done research on it as well and it works really well for people that naturally are just blessed in muscle building where these supplements actually are hitting their 100% peak of muscle building

      would restrict MPS, wont touch anything soy at all unless you are on vegen diet. even for pill supplement try to go for fish gelatin or vege capsule. dont buy soy capsule because it reduce the effect of certain supplement absorption
