Hey Dr. Tiffany.... I have purchased your planner... And I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to figure out the moon goals and smart goals. Would you be able to do a video on exactly how to fill out the planner to go along with the 12 week year book.... Because I have the 12-week yearbook also and I'm trying to follow the steps in the book and implement it into my planner but I'm having trouble trying to implement it..
