- The final stop in our national search for Good Neighbor Of the Year brings us to Des Moines, Iowa, where local nonprofit Families Forward provides short and medium-term housing for families while helping them build financial independence. Des Moines' KCCI anchor Jodi Long shines a light on Families Forward Executive Director Tim Shannahan, and fellow KCCI anchor Laura Terrell joins live from Des Moines with one resident who is about to close on her very own home! This was awesome! I love the Good Neighbor segments. Just a thought though; Wayfair seems to be missing opportunities for partnerships and promotion here. Would’ve been cool for Kelly to announce new home furnishing’s and design help from her friends at Wayfair for the new home owner. Go big with your badass nyc show!! ❤

Hey, Ms. Kelly, crew, on unhoused families, home connections, families forward. Congratulations, Jaunita. I'm staying with my daughter. In a city, I thought I had my studio. Saw dead cockroaches and went no tha k you. God, you know about me a bug's. Ay! So I passed, looking and will obtain the job. I will visit lgbtq community next week and introduce myself. Today, I helped a young man in recovery is where iam responsible. However, I hope Ms. Dolly is good and her husband. Ms. Kelly, I sense a lot of change, something shifted, a new attitude. Something brewing this month?
