  • Yakuza Business management guide: • Yakuza: like a dragon ...
Here's a guide for how to beat the shareholder meetings in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. This mini game is actually very difficult, and being able to successfully defeat the shareholders is required to beat the business management mini game.
This Yakuza: Like a Dragon shareholder meeting guide will teach you everything you need to know to beat the meetings like they're nothing.
The first thing worth mentioning is there's a big shareholder meeting cheat in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. You can pause at any time to look at the controls, and when you do this you have all the time to think about what move to make next. The pause menu does not block out the background, so you can still see to make decisions. This cheat will help you to beat the shareholder meetings more easily.
Other important Yakuza: Like a Dragon shareholder meeting tips and tricks include knowing type effectiveness, among other things. Every shareholder and employee has a type. It's either red, green, or blue. Blue employees do bonus damage against red shareholders, red does bonus damage to green, and green does bonus damage to red.
Shareholder pop up arguments that are often different colors than they themselves. So you might get a blue shareholder pop up a green argument.
Arguments follow the same color rule and if you attack an argument with its weakness, the argument will break in one hit no matter what. This makes defending yourself from the shareholders much easier.
Also Ichiban slowly charges up a special attack that starting at stage 2 will sun all enemies, keeping their bars from rising for a short time which gives you time to recharge command points. It also gives you some command points when you use it.
Another thing worth mentioning. Charisma is how much attack your employees have in the shareholder meeting, tenacity is how much HP they have, and command cost is how many command points it uses every time they attack the shareholders.
If you make use of all these things while fighting the shareholders in Yakuza: Like a Dragon then you'll find them much easier and you'll beat the business management mini game much faster.

I'd just like to thank you for this vid, you're a lifesaver. The shareholder meetings are fun, but the game itself does a very poor job of explaining how they work.

i wish this was explained properly in the game. As in; an actual tutorial rather than throwing words out without actual context.

Love it, this was such a great explanation. I just played the first shareholder meeting a minute ago, and had no idea what was going on (was even trying to read their arguments to decide how to react). Time to take it to those shareholders.

For how complicated the whole business management minigame is the game doesn’t nearly do a good enough job explaining it all I feel like so thank you for this.

Extremely well explained!! This clarified everything! I went through my first shareholder meeting thinking I had an idea of what to do after reading the in-game rules. Hah boy was I wrong

Thanks for providing an in depth explanation for this minigame. The in game tutorial is 8 pages of text with very little useful information. This was a huge help!
