Leave the floor, cabinet, and red sink or go oriental spa theme. There are reasons laminate floors from the 70s are actually pretty strong, durable, and absolutely waterproof and won’t shift in the basement. And if you do tear up those floors, you might need a professional to do it. Those floors are sturdy for a reason. Asbestos is the reason. Safe and tell disturbed and then you need to have your lungs protected.

Congrats! Where will you put the big mower for that big yard? Plants and bushes are crazy expensive. If you wait until close to seasons changing the prices will drop. As we in GA go from Spring into Summer they will drop prices so be watching. I have about 30 colors of daylilies and several colors of calla lilies. Have Hosta and the list goes on and on. If you want to attract hummingbirds get some butterfly bushes. The key to growing plants here is GA is mulch! Have some huge calla lilies that are about waist-high. Will send you some pics on the gram.
I love the laundry room it has a lot of space. I think that you should have the Built-in little shower for the dogs. I've seen that a lot in laundry rooms and that would be so convenient
