the BEST superhero show on the CW. Insane fight scenes, great cast, loved the storylines and the whole thing felt like it was ripped straight from comic book. God I miss this show so much

Spoiler that not him that a villian that I forgot the name that put his brain in his body and sometime the emotion of Sylvester mix and he tend to go violently because he a villian abously actually he not the type that go and attack somebody crazy like this

sly's behavior is that of somebody trying to avenge the death of his friends. At this point, any super villain can get it whether innocent or guilty.
This scene alone deserves a fucking award

thats the only part I didn’t like in this scene but I doubt they have the budget to have starman blow the front door open after tossing the crocks out

Best fight in the show easily. Don't even mind we can see clear shots of Joel's stunt double because we got a clean look at the badass choreography without any cuts.
The Crocks are my favourite couple in Stargirl.

By this point I can't believe he can still use the Staff, I mean, he puts people in danger, acts like a dick, I will keep saying this, he keeps acting like that and at some point of the season the Staff will abandon him either that or Courtney will have to stop him and when she does that she will earn full control of it
If anything it proves that Cosmo is more like a loyal dog rather than a sentient, thinking, magical item. Seeing as Sylvester was the 2nd wielder of the staff, and its creator wasn't THAT different from him, I am more surprised that Courtney still has ANY hold over the staff!
Also, give the guy some slack! He literally had to crawl out of his own grave, emerged in a world that forgotten about him and saw that the things he cared about the most are all but destroyed while the people who caused his downfall are living their best lives, having families and actuall lives... Shit, Im more surprised that he was so open-minded that he actually allowed Courtney to keep the staff! Seeing as the staff is the only thing he has left in his life...
In that scene where Courtney is sobbing while deciding that if Sylvester wants to take the staff, than he should as it was always his, Cosmo was already floating towards him before she even finished her sentence. Its obvious that the previous owner is simply more important to the staff, which would explain why Sylvester never had to deal with a situation like that since Ted Knight was already dead.
I believe it’s both loyalty and the fact about starmans powers with the staff if why the staff is going to stay with starman at the moment.

Really Sylvester? Attacking a couple of super villains in a grocery store while they’re in civilian attire? They weren’t even committing any crimes, they were just shopping for food like everybody else. Dammit Sylvester!
His attacking was sure not right to do. But they still had killed his friends and people in the past and Sylvester did say before the fight, this is your last chance, surrender. So, Starman can't be blamed 100%. The season is titled frenemies for a reason.
@@parthrikhi6592 yes the fact that they killed his friends might be reasonable for him to be that angry, but risking innocent peoples life?
They explained why Sylvester is so on edge.
He had a talk with Pat about trying to be a better example and he even left the staff at home when he went out to investigate Gambler's trailer but then... well, we'll see what happens in the next episode.
Do we even know the Crocks killed any JSA members?
That might have been all Icicle, Brainwave and Grundy.
I doubt The Shade killed anyone.

2:51 - I love how Tigress recognizes the stare of a predator about to kill its prey! Unlike Sportsmaster, shes not irritating him, she just covers before him and falls back, while keeping her eyes on him, realizing that he actually is going to kill them!
Shit, I wish this show focused on Sylvester and ditched the Blue Valley premise... Seeing Sylvester systematically eliminating the ISA would have been amazing as the Logo would slowly turn from StarGIRL to StarMAN!

He intended to kill them when the music changed in the grocery store. the staff also changed to near a dark red signaling he was going to kill them both.
@@israeliqueen153 I believe the colloring of the staff was due to Sylvester over charging it to the point of instantly killing / desintegrating them.

@@MokeSumUp Under normal circumstances I would have agreed but there is no way for her to disappear in that open space. And her expression says it all! I feel like he was taunting him just for the sake of taunting him. One of those "Lets go down swinging" kind of moments.

I saw only the first season of this show, I liked it but didn't go back to it after that cuz I thought, CW show, it's only going to go downhill from here, with more cheesiness. But this doesn't even look like the same show. LOL. I might catch up on the remaining seasons.

I just realised Silvester is Technicly wearing Jack Knight's Starman costume (minus the goggles) in this fight, the son of Ted Knight who was the second star spangled kid and original starman in the comics (they kinda combined Chester and Ted together in this version)

Something attacked Gambler but the stab wound was from an icicle; that's why they don't know what it was, because it melted.
We also see the back of his head outside the trailer in the first episode.
