    Ingredients for chicken marination:
    Chicken with skin 1/2 piece
    oil 4tb.sp
    garlic chopped 3tb.sp
    mustard paste 2tb.sp
    black pepper crushed 3tb.sp
    white pepper 2tb.sp
    salt 1tb.sp
    oregano 1t.sp
    thyme 1t.sp
    rosemerry 1t.sp
    chicken powder 1t.sp
    Ingredients for potato marination:
    Baby potatoes 4-5 wedges
    salt 1t.sp
    Black pepper crushed 1t.sp
    White pepper powder 1t.sp
    Rosemerry leaves 1t.sp
    oil 6tb.sp
    Ingredients for Sauce:
    Oil 4tb.sp
    onion slice 1small
    Ginger paste 1t.sp
    Garlic paste 1t.sp
    Balsamic Vinegar 5tb.sp
    Vinegar 3tb.sp
    Water 250ml
    For garnishing stir fry vegetables:
    Tomatoes 3juliene
    onions 2juliene
    Method:
    For potato marination:
    Marinate in all ingredients and Bake it for 45 minutes at 180°C.
    For Sauce:
    Add oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste mix it and add onions and rest of the ingredients and cook till glaze form of a sauce comes by cover it on low flame.
    For stir fry vegetables:
    In a flat pan, add 1tb.sp oil and stir fry tomatoes and onions on high flame for 1 minute and keep aside.
    For Chicken:
    first marinate chicken well, and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes, than pan-seared the chicken 1 minute each piece, than add the chicken in a sauce and cook on low flame by covering it, until sauce comes in a glaze form.
