I'm positive that alpha is keen to this; a lot of his videos comment on how being a jerk isn't attractive and there are plenty of examples of him denying the gendered stereotypes of traditional masculinity. IMO, alpha uses language like "nice guy" and "bad boy" because it's what many young men are searching for right now. My whole life I've done nice things and expect nothing in return. It's how i was raised. Holding doors open, helping lift/carry things, etc. That being said, I do need to learn how to say no sometimes since it's started affecting my mental health and people & past relationships where they took advantage.

I had the same shit happen to me like four months ago. Thank God I found a good job I actually enjoy! Still kinda fighting tho, I really need to just get my ass into the gym. Everything seems to always fall into place after I've been working out for a lil bit.
