Ironically search up Ki Adi Mundi is a sith and you can find a prequel meme post from 2020 suggesting Ki Adi Mundi intentionally caused the downfall of the Jedi
Does that make sense? Palpatine didn't really need jedi on the "inside." He just leveraged the circumstances of the galaxy's politics to his advantage and used that to create the clone wars and an avenue to dictatorship. I don't even think Dooku was a part of his plan. I think he needed a leader for the separatists, and it was kind of cool to him that Dooku happened to be a dissenting jedi who held power. It's not like HItler had to infiltrate the german government. He was elected and appointed to positions of power because the country was unstable at the time and people liked him.
Dooku chose to reject the Jedi because of dissenting opinions on their actions and beliefs, even being the g-between for Sidious and the Kaminoans. Hitler was chosen by a German party because he was an eloquent speaker, he didn't plan to become a politician but with both it reflected this Frank Herbert quote: "It's not that power corrupts. It's that power is magnetic to the corruptible."
I love how the prequel fans are going through the same shit OG fans went through when Lucas skull fucked the canon with Phantom Menace and his DVD remasters lol
I'm pretty sure in episode six will be a space battle and they will go back to the witch planets and it's moons, then in the seventh episode there will be another there flashback episode showing what really happened for Osha and in the last episode a final battle on the witch planet, I'm pretty sure sol will die and maybe even one of the twins, but I'm convinced that Quimir/the Stranger will survive
Ohsa would be the perfect candidate for the Sith to infiltrate the Jedi. She was accepted into the order when she was younger so it would be easier for her to be re-accepted. When she learns what really happened on Brendock, she might turn to the dark side to get revenge. A perfect sleeper agent.
Ossha and Mei are red herrings, Sol will be the apprentice/ acolyte/ whatever. Sidious had Jedi accomplices so it would stand to reason that the current Sith Master is striving for the same.
Or Qimir is not a Sith at all, just a Darksider styling himself as one to be an antithesis to the Jedi, because the doesn't know the Rule-of-Two-Sith still actually exist in secret in the galaxy. And then, when whatever happens happens and Qimir and his Accolyte, whoever that may be at the end, are the sole survivors at the end of the season, just before the end, one of the real Sith, maybe even Tenebrous or Plagueis, shows up and absolutely slaughters them, punishing them for almost alerting the Jedi to their presence, showing them the true power of the Dark Side and what happens to pretenders who dare lay claim to a title they haven't earned.
@dvaltmeme5046 Sith doctrine heavily relies on deception and asymmetrical tactics. Deceiving your enemy and having them destroy themselves is pretty on brand.
The more I consider it, it is possible. Yoda himself said the dark side can cloud judgment and we saw Palpatine rise up the ranks right under their noses, manipulating EVERYTHING as well.
The last episode will end with Qimir returning to his Master, after either killing all the Jedi (I think he'll kill Sol, and kill Vernestra, when she finally fights with her whip saber) or by stopping the info from spreading other ways. He'll return to his Master feeling successful and powerful, but then his Master will kill him for getting exposed, thus keeping the Master's identity hidden. The Master will then take Mae as his new Acolyte because she infiltrated the organization, or Osha will discover what happened to her family and go dark side and become the Acolyte, THUS THE MEANING FOR TITLE OF THE SHOW. Basically, I think they'll go with the route of "Sith actually have been around" but that the Jedi have been completely unaware, and kept in "the dark" about it, including Mundi. Sol being deconverted, leaving the order, or killed, will be how Mae stays hidden as Osha undetected if they go that route. Not saying this is perfect for Star Wars, but this is the route I see they're going to take.
During the clone wars the jedi council got knowledgement over the biochip that every single clone had in their brains and that those chips had orders to the clones, yet, they decide to keep it in secret from the rest of the order and the republic, including the supreme chancellor. The jedi were arrogant, they would never admit that the Sith were lurking around and that they could not identify and catch them, they arrogance lead to their downfall.
Exactly, this is what I've been explaining about mundi, he says that he doesn't want this reported to the council because it will go straight to the senate which would be political and public appearance hell for the jedi.
Wasn't that the whole point of this series, to show how the sith infiltrated the jedi and republic and began to destabilise both. Yet I can't help but feel most of the show has been spent doing the opposite, focusing on all the wrong things. Looking forward to the final but by the sounds of it this show could of been one episode not eight.
No, the Sith never inflitrated the Jedi, and that was never stated to be on offer here. The closest the Sith got was Dooku removing Kamino from the Temple archives when he was a welcome former member and a guest at the Jedi Temple when he still hadn't commited to the Sith.
@mpnuorva in the video he clearly stated that the final episode would show how the sith infiltrate the jedi. You can hear it for your self at 0.28 on wards.
I'd be curious to know how many/percentage of 'fans' and admirers of the franchise have walked away/switched off in the past decade. I mainly gave up after the prequels finished two decades ago.

Honestly, that actually makes sense in some ways. I also think if all evidence of the Jedi dying by Qimir’s hands is successfully covered up, then Ki Adi Mundi’s Statement in TPM would still technically hold true, at least according to the Jedi perspective. Sounds like something the Sith would attempt. But there would also be some loose threads (writing wise) that would need to be addressed.
@@TGstuff Maybe, and yet somwhow Palpatine returned , if you know what i mean :D But if a random "fight me with all you power" kid stands behind the beginning of a such grand plan as order 66, then it will give it kinda stupid backround.
@@TGstuff The Jedi Sol came to save was dead, he did not manage to complete his mission and apprehend Mae (well, he kinda did, but, you know...lol), the entire team he was leading died, including his own padawan, whom he probably shared a close bond with (judging from his behaviour towards her and Osha) and he probably blames himself for her death ("You brought her here."), it was strongly implied that Qimir used the Force to mess with his opponents' psyche (and that's in addition to the verbal manipulation he tried to pull), he almost snapped in the fight and was nearly ready to kill an unarmed opponent and on top of all that he took a stun blast (which we know can jumble your nervous system for a while). And that was before he woke up again and learned that Qimir got away, with Mae (as far as he knows), so it was all for nothing. Mundi's line was not a throw away line it is one of if not the most important lines in the prequels that shows how the Jedi became complacent and how the Sith were able to execute their plan for revenge. It had importance which this show seems to want to destroy for no reason other than to spite fans.
you are delusiinal and just trying to make the pieces fit. You realize a millenium is 1000 years. There is no way the sith stayed hidden over that time span and multiple generations as some plan. 1000 years not 10 or 100. As the saying goes make it make sense
I would argue his line does show complacency, yes. But they are *so* complacent they ignored obvious signs of sith activity. They believed they had won and whatever happened was easily explained by fallen Jedi or something else. They blinded themselves! Whether this show ultimately delivers a story that fits into that theme is still open. We'll have to see how they execute it. They still have time to have it all work out fine, or screw it up. Time will tell.
@@chadwickruth2606 Hey pal you blow in from stupid town. The line say a millennium and no matter how unbelievable you find it that is the lore. The line "Impossible, the Sith have been extinct for a millennium" said by Ki-Adi-Mundi one of the Jedi High Council member who is one of the 12 people in charge of the ENTIRE Jedi Order and "At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge" said by Darth Maul a Sith Lord who would know the history of his order extremally well means with 100% certainty that the Sith have been in hiding for a thousand years and only revealed themselves during the events of Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace and not a hundred years before which creates a bunch of plot holes. The Jedi believed the Sith were killed off a thousand years ago and it is the only reason the Sith were able to win because if the Jedi knew a hundred years ago the Sith were back they would be hunting for the Sith Lord and not let things go on. They would make it next to impossible for a Sith Lord to cloud the Force and get to the top of the government. We know that they have interacted with people who are a Sith since Palpatine was a well known person before he was elected to be Supreme Chancellor but he never let them know that they were Sith Well they clearly did because when the scene Sith Lords may have encountered and killed a SINGLE Jedi in the past but they would have covered it up quickly, left absolutely no trail, and not left at least a dozen Jedi dead with no reason which is what is happening here.
@@MichaelDeHaven the line was to show surprise, listen to the tone not complacency. The story is being modded around to make a new narriative and youre justifying it in your own mind to make the pieces fit. They even retconned and changed the age of the character to make it fit but you are going to convince yourself it was all meant to be.
@@chadwickruth2606 I'm aware of the age/lifespan change. I'm not really a fan of that, but it is what it is. I don't feel they should have included his character in the show personally. But I'll see how it turns out. As for complacency, I was referring to the Jedi order itself. Not just a single character or line. They fell for the trap the sith set. So much so, that even legitimate evidence of sith activity got ignored or even buried to avoid trouble. That was all I was saying. Chill. BTW, I'm the one who originally liked your comment. I agree with your point about not being able to truly stay hidden. But I'm saying there can be a middle ground, as I laid in my posts. Why are you coming out so hostile? This is just a matter of interpretation. This is one of the problems with the current fandom. Opinions are cool. We all have them. @@Gato7567 yeah but What has he been doing all that time
@@Vamos358 well apparently when Anakin first came to Coruscant plagues was spying and he had a vision of well future Anakin when he first became Vader. apparently before he died palpatine gave him so much alcoholic beverages that he kind of just passed out and palpatine tortured him with lightning until he died. Still gonna not change how this show is ass
It will not change how I see Star Wars, because I will no longer SEE any Star Wars outside of Episodes 1 - 6. Nothing outside of that is canon. Not even Clone Wars... Too much Filoni taint.
All of it is canon no matter if you don't like it
@@darkstalkerknight63he's talking about headcanon
@@simone5760 doesn't matter. All of it is canon.
@@darkstalkerknight63 I know, but canon was already oversaturated before Disney. I prefer to just pick my own canon. Anyone can make their one
@@simone5760 doesn't matter. Most of the books were not canon and now we are getting shows and movies that is taking stuff from first books and making them canon.
Remember how Dafne Keen said that you'll see a lightsaber battle that would rival or was better than Duel of the Fates? That lightsaber battle, didn't even come close. And don't bother in saying that the show isn't finished & it could still happen. You would be gaslighting yourself. They never hired Nick Gillard.
But these weirdly strong attacks(not referring to me but to response to OP) on others with different views is not good, IMO.
This series is the worst
Southpark really hit the nail on the head when describing Disney's new approach. Add a lesbian, revolve the whole story around her, make her lame and make her gay. Congrats, it's as lame as possible. If it wasn't for the StarWars brand this shit wouldn't have even made it to Netflix.
You missed the point of that special lol
Didn't know we already saw Osha and Mae make out with a chick. Was that in your fanfics?
Ecks, you're giving this all too much credit. The people who wrote, directed and acted in this didn't watch/play/read any other Star Wars media at all.
Ah yes, that’s why cortosis was brought in and they allude to KOTOR Jedi mind wiping and so on…
