With certain allergies, if it wasn't for vegan cooking, if never be able to eat dessert again. I still miss certain desserts, but this channel is a life saver because I never knew cooking some of these recipes could be so easy.
Well not green tea but a type of green tea, matcha's flavor it's smooth while some other types are much stronger and bitter. Kukicha for example is another type of green tea that tastes really good ;)

I tried this recipe today. Absolutely amazing! I am not vegan, so I substituted the coconut milk with lactose free milk. I didn’t want coconut flavour to overpower matcha flavour. I used only 320g of milk because milk is not as thick as coconut milk. I also substituted 400g pastry flour with a combination of 338g all purpose flour (2.1 cups) and 50g cornflour (0.4 cup). I also didn’t use cane sugar. I had raw sugar instead. The muffins still turned out wonderful and I really love them. Thank you for this recipe!
8:30 I'm onto your tricks. You used a tilt shift filter to make those muffins look normal but they're actually 100 feet tall, aren't they? I'm not falling for that again.

Kathryn Myers Probably, but it's unintentional ASMR. I like cooking videos because they sound nice but they're not in your face about it. ASMR videos with the whispering and intentional noises irritate the shit out of me. It's like someone's invading your personal space and breathing right in your ear, gross.
For me it's not only the sounds, but also the visuals, that can trigger my tingles. This is also a very visual experience asmr. Just like the relaxing end. And both make my favorite asmr content on yt :)
