I agree that there are certain brands that are too expensive. I won't go near a matte polish. I prefer highly glossy topcoat. I think that polish is like jewelry for your hands. I don't want some dull gemstone, I want shiny, glossy glittering jewels instead. Metamorphosis.... I don't care about it at all. I believe that Klean Color and LA Colors are two brands that deserve a lot more love. I also love pearl finish polishes. A lot of people dislike pearl and I can't get enough of them. I love glitter, sparkle, and foil finishes. However, I do love matte when applied over flakes, jellies (like beach glass or sanded stone), and nail art images. Sheer polishes are pretty but the color has to play well with my natural nail tone. My least favorite colors are dusty light purples simpIy because that color clashes with my skin tone. I don’t apply full manicure with just a cream polish much because they don’t entertain me. G&G is my favorite top coat too. Cuticula is second favorite but doesn’t dry fast. I add Cuticula as a second coat next day or apply it under the G&G for plump finish. What are you wearing on your nails? Very entertaining and pretty! Edit: Victorian varnish Kaleidoscopic was mentioned in another video. Welp that is so pretty!
I'm with you on the sheers. Why can't it be ethereal without a visible nail line? LA Colors can get it, too. I can't help it if you are wrong on Metamorphasis.

Seche Vite, no bueno for me, BUT Seche Vive (blue opaque bottle) is the only quick dry I've tried so far that feels like it protects my nails and dries so fast for me. I will say it does not agree with all formulas of polish so I am still trying to find something that works better with all polishes in my collection, I have a few in the pipeline. The finish I dislike is linear holo, sorry not sorry.
Oooh that is a hot take! I own linear holo bc when I first started collecting, that was THE polish lol. I like it, but it's not my favorite. Thank you for sharing!
