I am of Haitian decent and eaten liberian food at restaurants in the US. I like it very tasty and certain dishes are similar to the Haitian cuisine. I particularly like cala, pepper sauce, fried fish and green stew.

In the Southwest Cassava leaf and potato Greens with meat and fish , along with Rice . North GB ( another Cassava food) with special soup made of okra and okra like plants with snail best , and meat and fish. (Gio and Mano mostly ) Dipper ( Another Cassava product) with Okra and peanut ,along with meat and fish mostly. (Common to the Mandingo and some manding speaking people. Northeast Tubugig Soup with Rice and Meat and Fish. (Common to Lorma , and Gbandi ) Northeast Yasa , Pilow , and Greens soup .)(Kissi ) Jollof Rice , Cabbage and others. (Americo Liberia ) Tens of food types in Liberia !
