Lisa, I love the Traitors too! The castle where it is filmed is a 40 minute drive from where I live here in the Scottish Highlands.

i know im a little late to the party here but Lisa, the hair thing.
I am 34 and about 6 months ago i was going through all the hair loss you described, to the point where i would just brush my hand through it and it was coming out in clumps, i would wash it and every time id pull the ends i would see so much, the hair brushing...some days i would just be so scared to touch it. i went to the doctor and they did all these tests for thyroid, hormones (early menopause runs in my family) - turned out i was really low on some vitamin D (it was at 16 and they needed me up to 50-60) They prescribed me strong level vitamin D for three months and omg i could cry happy tears at how well they worked. I have no hair loss whatsoever, just the usual couple on a brush etc. I recommend going to your doctor along with doing what you are already doing with the treatment you have...it honestly made me feel so much more confident about my hair and its growing back thicker and fuller than ever :)

Related to the tension around independence for 2-3 year olds, my parents were so good at making us feel like 'part of the team' and the same strategy has worked really well with my kiddo*.
Basically being super clear that it's "us vs, getting out of the house on time" or "us vs. making sure you get enough sleep each night" so being compliant = getting to be part of the team, and moods and annoying clothes, and not being able to find yoru shoes etc. are all challenges for us to face together.
*obv every single parent is just doing their best and this is not blanket advice cause you know best 😊
Yup, thats why i stay up til 2 or 3am... for ME time and some unwinding and peace to reset and recharge me for the next hectic day. I have a 16month old and a 4yr old.
I also have seen The Traitors but a prior season. It was so good..
If you haven't read it, I highly recommend "How to talk so little kids will listen" for working with your children as they are developing their independence and autonomy!
Omg. Yes. I agree with Lisa. And also. Everyone now feels so entitled to talk and have an opinion on every topic there is. Everyone is raking food, makeup like everyone is expert on everything and the people that actually studied for those things dont even get recognized anymore
I have a ridiculous amount of nicknames for my kids, but the ones I consistently use (aside from names specific to one child): babe, my love, child (when upset), and bear/little bear.

So my dad is from England & my moms family is from Oklahoma & they’re very oaky so my language is sometimes not understood in central California haha but my mom pronounces coyoTE - CoYOTE it’s a Mid East thing I believe.
Most people I met in Arizona also say coyote like Max does! Never heard of it said that way when I lived in California

Yo I work so much I barely have time to go on the internet 😂 I’m SO busy. But instagram and TikTok were having a negative impact on my life so I deleted them back in October. I only use RUclips now and I pay for RUclips premium so I don’t see any ads 🙌🏽 I loveeee RUclips and there are so many young up and coming RUclipsrs on the scene these days. It’s reminding me of the good old days of the internet. But I’m not on Facebook, twitter, insta, snap, or TikTok. ONLY RUclips. It’s the GOAT!
