You can argue Fuaga, Penning and McCoy have player elite this year according to PFF. Kamara too. That's about it. We need to come away with major passing game weapons in this draft like Tyler Warren, Fannin Jr or McMillan

I am because DC never beat a winning team and when Rattler has played it was always vs winning teams with injured players. DC has always recovered when the starters were healthy until he lost to the Panthers and was exposed. We all saw what Rattler did when the OL is healthy. We also saw that DC could not beat a winning team with a healthy OL, WR, and RB.

Mickey won a SB but he's also made crippling moves the last few years. It's not that the Saints have to be amazing every year, but I don't believe he holds himself to that standard. He sucks man. We're wasting our time trying to justify it. Great GMs assess their issues and deal with them without trying to defend past mistakes. Sadly it's kind of the same with Rizz. I think because of his unique position as the 'new guy', he isn't putting his foot down and saying, hey, we're not going anywhere with this roster, this qb, this oc, these contracts, this culture, etc. If he did, maybe he'd have a real chance. Right now, they're ranked 16th in run block win rate (RBWR) and 30th in pass block win rate (PBWR) according to Sharp Analytics. The Commanders are 7th in PBWR and 3rd in RBWR, so it's no surprise their offense is doing well. Other offenses in the top 10 of PBWR include the Chiefs, Bills, Eagles, Broncos, Ravens, Packers, Lions, Browns, and Vikings. So the fact that Carr and Kamara were still producing at a top 10 level instead statistical categories speaks to how good they really are. I can only imagine how they'd thrive on a team like the Lions. But hey, we're Saints fans. We need a young, mobile quarterback to come in and save the franchise, because that's our biggest need at the moment.🤦🏿♂️

Like I said, with all of the problems the Saints had last year, they may not have won 5 games with a “mid to trash” quarterback. Carr basically carried the Saints last year and if it were not for Don’t Listen Winston in the GB game they would have entered the playoffs as the hottest red zone team and one of the hottest offensive teams and went deep into the playoffs.
