2021 California Cross Country D1 Boys State Championships To download video: drive.google.c... Newbury Park All-Time Team Record (73:23) and Lowest Point Total Record (16)
Been watching this team for the past several years now and they just keep getting better and better. These guys are on a whole different level compared to everybody else.
When I was in high school back in the early 80s , the National X-C meet was held in Biloxi, Ms. The first 4 guys were under 14 minutes and it wasn’t ran on a road surface. I can’t imagine a X-C meet being run on the road.
This is more than just talent, it is great coaching to have so many runners in the top 10. This coach is too good for high school. Some university track program should pick him up as soon as possible.
I love that the whole thing was shot and edited by 1 dude and his iPhone. Legit.
Is CJ trying to have the most impressive RUclips channel in addition to the most impressive Strava account? So far so good.
Really? Which iphone?
Next year Cody is going to be in shape so he can run around too and we'll get coverage of the entire course. CJ Squared will be back.
Probably one of the most dominating high school cross country races I have ever seen. Absolutely amazing! Congrats Newbury Park!
"Probably"... "one of"?? This result is completely unprecedented in the history of high school XC racing in terms of both team speed and team points.
Best race coverage of the day😂
That last 400 looks insane, they have a ton for that last push

Chris Caudillo from Clovis is now the 3rd fastest runner in Central Section history behind Eduardo Herrera and CJ Albertson
Very impressive! Well done Newbury Park!
Nice video! I was actually in this race too! Awesome experience
Fire coverage. Thanks so much for filling the void!
Lmao I can here my high school yelling around the 2:30-2:40 mark
Thanks for this wonderful video.gives me more motivation to go out and run.the visuals are 🔥🔥

How were you everywhere?! 🧐
CJ Alberton, 2:11 Marathoner 😀
You had to have been absolutely hauling to get to all these points
Is that typically the state course? Surprised to see so much pavement and even hopping curbs.
That’s domination.
Nico young bros? Leo and Lax young ?
Another training day for Newbury Park.
hold on cj albertson aren’t u the guy who went out in the boston marathon
yes I'm that guy
@@cjalbertson4533 i knew i recognized the name
Awesome video and race
Great vid
Hey CJ your footage is great, I was wondering if you had any video from the d2 races?
Unfortunately no. The ones I have here are all I have. I was originally just going to do the D1 races and didn’t plan on putting anything on RUclips.
CJ Albertson Oh alright, thanks so much
How many km?
Can someone explain to me why NP got 16 points and not 17 points?
(1+2+3+4+7=17 🤔)
Could be wrong, but probably because Clovis only had individual runners competing and don't count towards team scoring.
@@oadynohtna thanks. Now that you point it out, I feel I should've thought of that. 👍🏽
ah yeah, fifth man was seventh overall, but sixth among boys on teams
Great job
Should have used music from Benny Hill
Seriously, not a fast race. Compared with my home state of Virginia at least.
Dang road race lol
Nice videos crappy XC course, you can do better California!
Just the flat course
You’re kidding right
@@ccbgaming6994 no
@@Clanlesscavgaming Almost all of the parts of the course shown here are on inclines and declines
@@ccbgaming6994 leave him be, clearly never ran it
@@Eric.1234 I never ran XC in Ca, but I know it’s hilly. I say no breaks given
