Interesting, even though my Pathfinder is a right hand drive. I parked my car in the garage last night and retracted the mirrors because garage door is a bit narrow for safe entry and exit and didn't want to risk an impact. This morning, I extended the mirrors and the left one didn't work. So, what was wrong with the mirror that stopped working? Can it be dismantled and fixed, or do I have to buy a new one? Was the removal of your mirror just for demonstration purpose on how to remove it, or was there a fault just like mine?
