When you burn weeds they just come right back. Burning works well after they have been sprayed and killed off though. A grass fire in a field will look like a hellscape and then 3 weeks later it's green and lush.
The BEST pest control. I get quarterly treatments provided by my landlord, but I use the pest control in the video if I notice pests in between treatments. I live in a historic home so there’s lots of places for bugs to find their way in and this has stopped them completely.

@@sharifbenyisrael6493 I usually use about 1 oz per gallon of water, depending on what and where I’m treating. This was actually suggested to me for flea treatment because I couldn't get rid of fleas on my cats, despite using various flea treatments. So, I decided to treat my house before calling an exterminator, and it worked great!

Take a look at a mail box alarm tells you when your mail is delivered or when someone opens your mailbox...quite handy.

Just use a weedeater or spray. Coming from someone who had a shop wall set on fire because people thought torching weeds is better than the mentioned options.
We recently bought a weed burning torch, starting out with the ‘beginner’ model because that was the only remaining one in the store. No problem, we were new to this. Did a great job, too. My husband likes it so much that he wants to upgrade to the ‘Dragon’ model. Yes, I now know what I’ll be purchasing for a Christmas gift.

These are all pretty interesting. Only thing i didnt get is why throw out the mat if u get those wheels. I thought the whole point of those mats was to make it easy to wheel around without damaging the hardwood or move easily over carpet.
The wheels roll like a dream and they are very soft...no scratching. Bought them myself last year. They surprised me.

Those brass hose connectors don't last. There are steel ball bearings inside which rust and make them hard to use. Ive persisted with them for long enough - I'm going back to plastic ones unless anyone has a better suggestion.

A decade ago my wife used to yell at me to get the delivered packages in the house because it's been a week since they got delivered and we both were too lazy to get them in.
Now thanks to porch pirates I have to put a safe box out and get my packages inside ASAP before they get snatched.

Don't use that vent net thing. It will kill your airflow and potentially make your ac stop working.
How?
@Lurker01 if it blocks enough airflow, it will reduce the amount of air going through your evaporator coil, and it will freeze up. Same thing happens if you don't replace your air filter. I would just vacuum them out. I have been doing HVAC for 20 years.

I use the same pest control. I spray it once a month. I have no issues and I live in a wooded area.
Be careful with those outlet cover nightlights. I've seen reviews on cheap chinese Amazon specials that melted and some caught fire. Look for a reputable brand.

As an Interior Designer, I’ve successfully used a product called FLOR carpet tiles. Excellent product, with the lowest pile tiles used under rolling chairs and in rooms where a person is using a walker or wheel chair. There’s absolutely no sinking in, or catching wheels in this product. It’s also a great way to design and personalize a space, while protecting the floor beneath. Oh, and the tiles lift up for easy washing in a sink, flat drying, and then setting back in place. No gluing; the tiles are held together with square stickers and stay in place through the combined weight of the tiles joined together.
