I just installed a DAW 5” dp on my 18’ 340i a few hours ago. Sounds mean compared to the stock catted dp. I watched your original catless dp install while I was doing mine lol

Hi Kern, please tell me, what if didn't install the second o2 sensor, I got a check engine because of this sensor. I just took that sensor off, and turned off the fault by mgflasher
Do you know if the N63 engines are more reliable 2020 and newer engines? Or would you just stick with the B58 engines?
Does DP size change anything aside from tone? Is there pros/cons to using different sizes?
I have. A m8 202p Don you know i can use 200 cells with mhd ots stage 2 E30? or does it have to be primary and secondary downpipes only

I’m kind of stuck in this spot. I have the AA catted but want catless to get more spooly noises, but I don’t know how much I’ll hate the smell🤣 AA catted is good but all I hear is exhaust no spool
@awkwardalexxx I can try to remember to update you. At the moment I already smell some e85 when at a stand still. It can't be as bad as my external waste gates on my wrx.

Important question, I installed a Catless downpipe on my 440i and oh boy that thing smokes like a Diesel. The Problem is that it does that when I am waiting on a red light, it smokes random. Is that normal ?

got a 5in CG Precision 200 cell DP for sale if anyone is interested. 3K miles on it. only on for 6 months during summer. Southern car
We were the originators of this downpipe design, until every Tom, Dick, and Harry sent our pipe/design off to china and had catless versions made from our mold/jig. We have all the original CAD's, 3D printed mockups and video on our YT channel with the sound as far back as 2 years ago (although our version is 200 cell catted- and no CEL with a 02 Spacer) . Of course the rips offs dont do catted (as such is ours) because it has a higher profit margin when sold to you guys. Ours was from 2 years ago, then pirated by Bimmer Network, M.A.D, Dynamic Autowerx, and a ton of others. Thats what these re-sellers lack...engineering originality. They just purchase a crap ton from China and slap a label on it.

You guys have terrible marketing then. Others put “your” design to use and actually made something out of it. Maybe you should worry about how to expand your business before bashing others for a doing simply a better job than you. Business is business if you aren’t first you’re last

That's like saying a song in Russia can sample a Marvin Gaye song and get away without paying royalties or giving credit because most people over there haven't heard of him?
