- This is my 1997 SRT swapped 1g. Not sure of HP or 1/4 times yet. Aeroforce scan gauge says the car does a 12.9@106 but that is not a for sure. Now here is the list of mods done to this car.
1997 Neon 2.4L SRT swap
GT3071r, AGP Log Manifold, AGP Big O2, Wally 255, return line system with Fuel Lab RRFPR, Eagle Rods, JE Pistons, ARP Head Studs, Crower Valve spring and retainers, 2.0 Exhaust Cam, Balancer Shaft Delete, DCR Crank Straps, DCR Windage Tray, DCR Modified Oil Pump, DCR Oil Pick-up, HKS SSQV, Exhaust Depot 3" Turbo Back SEE, 38mm Turbosmart WG, Stage 2/3 Injectors, 3 Bar MAP and TIP, 3 spd ATX (w/ LSD and RMVB), Level 3 DSS Axles
Also don't mind the A/F Ratio gauge at idle. I have an exhaust leak in the flex pipe that needs to get fixed.

Haha. Thanks it sits in pieces right now but hopefully it'll be getting reassembled not long after i return home if all works out.
cheyenne connell did you have to modify the computer? what kinda electrical wprk did you have to do? full car harness swap?
Kevin Gunter I am running the SRT computer in my car, as for electrical work I modified the SRT dash harness so that I could plug the 1g chassis harness into the SRT dash harness. Otherwise all other wiring has been changed over.

Thanks. This car has actually gone under alot of changes since this video was made. The Turbo Stratus is still around kinda been my daily driver here and there, it sat for probably close to 3-4 years because I blew the head gasket in it.

T350HD 3.55 and DSS Level 5 axles
How'd you get the swap? How much was it and how did you install. How hard was it.
I did the complete swap myself. If you know what you are doing it isn't that hard. It took me to weeks in my spare time to get the swap done. Total for the swap it cost me about $3,500 in parts which was motor, all wiring, ecu, and gauge clutster.
It isn't to hard if you know what you are doing. It took me about 2 weeks to do the initial swap which i completed in my spare time. Cost was about $3,500 for all the parts to do the swap.

Robert bonham thanks but all the green is off the car now and actually I don't have anymore red in it either. Also the car got resprayed black about 4 years ago.
I have an 04 neon Srt4. But this black n green neon is ugly as shit‼️👎🏽
