I’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day for 1 1/2 weeks now and I’ve lost 8 pounds so far! My goal is to lose 30 pounds (198 rn) by the end of the year!

Well there where days when I didn't do the workout,but I did it almost every day for a month and a half and I proudly lost 7 kg along with eating healthy. So,yeah,it works.
did this for 10 times!! 11032 steps 605kcal 10.06km took 40 sec - 1 min rest each round edit : make sure to stretch before and after! concentrate on the calf area! repeat stretch throughout the day if needed bcos you going to feel the sore the next day if you don't properly stretching!!

People: " i can't workout at home, i have no gym equipment/machines or weights" Life: Use yr body weight, do other exercises that don't require equipment, like walking outdoors! People: " i can't walk out outside, its too hot, its too cold, its too ....etc" Life: walk indoors in your apartment/house! People: " And i oop...."
Absolutely . Myself rather doing at home or going for a run outdoors, since I am living in S.Pedro Estoril. The firt day I found out about Holly's exercises my level of endurance in regads to exercises become better and better.
It's just that I have no privacy to workout. Having privacy is the most important thing to me when I work out because if I'm comfortable, then I'll actually do it and work out harder.

I started with this RUclips workout on 2nd Feb 2021 when I was starting on my weight loss/health mission. 2 months later and I’m doing it as a cool down after Holly’s other workouts. Simple but effective

i wasn't expecting to just walk for 7 minutes. Thought there would be toning in between like others. I did 2 other workouts before hand, (day 24 of the 30 day challenge and the most recently uploaded full body). I have to admit. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS!!! i'm going to add it on to my workouts at least 3 times a week.

Thank you for doing a step challenge that is realistic. I don't know about other people but when I'm looking for a step challenge workout I'm looking for something that will help me reach my step goal, and less so a cardio workout. Thanks for delivering that!
i did this workout yesterday and let me tell you right now as i sit here and drink my coffee i ache all over even my arms and biceps and all i did was swing my arms...its truely amazing what muscles are at work throgh just normal daily activities tysm for making these videos its really quite a blessing!!! ♥ tc and be safe!!!

I work from home and I do other exercises after work but this is one is perfect for me for small breaks during the day. Now instead of snacking during a break I just turn this on and do it and I feel so much better than if I would have just had a snack. Thank you!
I am now at day 3 and must say my legs are stiff today, but did manage the whole 7 min👍 thanks so much for this Day 4, my legs feel a bit better but going strong👍 Day 5, reach 1134 step😁😁 Day 6 and 7, yah I skipped those 2 days, life got a bit busy. Day 8, yah was a bit harder this morning, only did 934 steps, I do feel my jeans are a bit loose around my legs👍 Day 9, got the flu during the night🤢 but still manage to get this done, only 875 step, but hey atlease I did it😄

Just did it for the first time! Burned 55 active calories, got in 1100 steps which came out to 0.41 mile on my Apple Watch. Pace was 17’39” which is wayyy better than my normal 22’ pace. Thx Holly!

Hi Holly, I'm new and have saved alot of your videos to help me with my recovery. I'm not by means ready for an exercise program. At this moment recovery is about Muscle Activation and Strengthening. But, I do believe I am ready to start a walking regimen... we all have to walk, even though it can be difficult for me. So your 1000 steps is my motivation and today my accomplishment is 200 steps. And I have noted it for it is a journey towards 1000 steps.

In my case bad, but brought about a new way of thinking or maybe something dormant. In my later 50s I had my high school figure 120lbs, today lbs that I'm not proud of. Very active I was, change came and everything came to a halt in my life. So today, for someone who never needed help needs help. That is what you have done for me. You help by encouraging me with 1000 steps and replying to me. Thank you from my ❤️

I found you by typing in “walking work out in home” I have watched 3 of your videos today including this one an 8 minute arm work out which I did and I found the indoor walking workout (15 min) it was amazing!! I want to continue these work outs! 🥰
I do this after eating starting a bit slow going fast to help me with my digestion as they say walking after eating is good for digestion. Before, i just walk around my room with some music on. Watching this video made walking more fun and gives me more motivation. It also helps me keep my energy up as i always have this tendency to be too sleepy after meals. More power to home workouts!
I did this after eating a heavy dinner....i love it,i'm going to do this every evening now....i love you Holly 😍 If someday i get thin,it'll only be because of you...😊
Not an expert but I think doing this after a heavy dinner is not a great idea. Slow Walking is definitely recommended after dinner but not intense like this since it hinders with your digestion process.
These last few days i was really feeling down and i just let my body gain weight, i felt bad for not exercising but at the same time didn't have any energy to exercise. I did this video 5 times today and i think it's a good beginning 👍🏼 Thank you 💜

Did you maintain any diet during this period?
Jisha Mary I wasn’t eating too horribly before so I’ve just cut calories to 1500/day and am incorporating more veggies and fruits.

Your workouts are great! I did 11 abs and lower body and still feeling effects 2 days later. Can't wait to try this one.

I do this as a warmup on my treadmill❣
I do this after eating starting a bit slow going fast to help me with my digestion as they say walking after eating is good for digestion. Before, i just walk around my room with some music on. Watching this video made walking more fun and gives me more motivation. It also helps me keep my energy up as i always have this tendency to be too sleepy after meals. More power to home workouts!

Not an expert but I think doing this after a heavy dinner is not a great idea.
Slow Walking is definitely recommended after dinner but not intense like this since it hinders with your digestion process.
These last few days i was really feeling down and i just let my body gain weight, i felt bad for not exercising but at the same time didn't have any energy to exercise. I did this video 5 times today and i think it's a good beginning 👍🏼

did you lose alot of weight? I just started this week it doesn't change my weight but I do feel better. I sleep better too.

Thanks Holly! I love this......I don't like the treadmill and it is freezing outside....so this is a great addition to my workouts. Yes, I am sweating, but, love doing this at least 3x a week mixed in with my other workouts. Motivational!

I was so surprised when I looked at the video but eventually it was amazing that I did 1000 steps in just 7 mins, thanks Holly you are such a motivation for these short workout sessions. I mean every word of it. I do these along with 7 min slim legs & 7 mins flat stomach workout 😊Thank you so much for your efforts for being a motivation for people who haven’t ever worked out in their lifetime!!!

This is great, I do this at work while my kids are at nap. (I'm a preschool teacher and my kids take nap for like 2 hours). Then I get a little exercise in instead of sitting on my butt. Thanks Holly!

.tdy is 4th day of this exercise and i have burnt 120 calories just in 7 min tdy...its great great great calories burnt for me, as m a hypothyroid patient..120 n 7 min without any hard body move..

I definitely sweated and I was skeptical...you get out of it what you put in. I added weights and it definitely increased the challenge!
Highly recommend ... if your out of shape and haven't worked out in a while or are older like me ( 58 ) give it a try! I did the 15 minute indoor walking/toning video followed by this. Sweating but satisfied :)
