    ✨ Workout ✨
    - In out abs = x20
    - Single arm crunches = x10 - per side
    - Ankle taps crunches = x20
    - Angle leg raise = x10 - per side
    - Leg swing + knee crunch = x10 - per side
    - Controlled leg swings = x10 - per side
    - Crossed leg crunch = x10 - per side
    - Butterfly + pulses = x10 + pulse hold
    - Legs up + one down = x10

    Holly first time tonite, I'm 70 yrs old, but I do exercises every night. Have been for about 2 yrs, started with my arms, then other parts, I feel good about myself, people do ask me if I work out. I do different exercises, add karate kicks a little yoga, and now this TY so much . ⚘⚘🙏🙏

    Dear Holly, I am a 40 year old mother of 3 kids which means lack of time for my self so my only option is to do my workouts in the evening, sometimes really late but...I love it and you helped me a lot, not only are your workouts efficient but are absolutely NOT time consuming which is exactly what I love, I do use the weights but still, to me you are the best, warm greetings from Germany

      Oh that’s awesome you find time to do this stuff/workouts and you said your from Germany well I’m German too maybe only 25% but I still am because my grandpa and his sister are from Germany and they grew up and lived most of there childhood there!

    Day 1: So when I did it it wasn’t bad 🤔
    Day 2: I actually love these workouts they’re not too long and they are not so extreme that you can’t do it
    Day 3: So the exercises aren’t bad and I actually like them but my problem is my eating habits, I binge a lot on junk food and I need to eat healthier ‼️
    Day 4: So I’ve been slacking and I missed about two days but I’m trying to get back on track
    Day 5: Today was a little bit more intense which I loved ♥️
    Day 6: So I skipped two days because of thanksgiving but I’m starting again and today was a little hard but it wasn’t too bad
    Day 7: Today was intense but I didn’t mind

      Lily Martinez Yes if I’m consistent with it and eat right I see results but my problem is that I eat junk food and even with the junk food I eat I still see results but not as much

    This Ab workout is the best honestly, like my abs be burning. Make sure you guys don’t use your back and make sure you use your core. That’s the big problem sometimes

    I did that before for 2 days then I couldn't so now I'm starting all over again.

    (It's been a week I can see the results it's so good I'll keep doing it , guys I'm already fit (not a beginner I'm also a blue belt in taekwondo) maybe that's why I'm getting quick results , don't give up you'll surely get results sooner or later it's worth it 🔥💪)

      @@kritikabhatt1434 uhm no, sry 😂 , covid came and i ate so much and stopped doing all the work out from then but now I’m back doing these again with some dance work out. This used to be intense for me, but now it’s one of my abs warm up work out. I don’t have any yet or may be not lean enough to see them but this sure gave me flat tummy. ✌🏻✌🏻 keep it uppp!!

    this work out actually makes my abs burn it feels soo good. this is exactly what i needed after doing ab exercises that dont burn my abs a ton. im gonna be trying to do this twice a day for two weeks (with other exercises too). wish me luck! ill make sure to update after two weeks if i can remember to lol..

    Day7:Half way through challenge ! Having a tough day but pushed through🔥

    Day9:easier today stomach seems flatter🔥
    Define toy saw results but not huge results so will continue with abs

    I’ve been doing this for three days and I’m really sore but it really works I’ve lost 2 pound! I’m 109 and it’s a great workout I do this 2 times a day and I feel like it works!!

    Love these short videos! Perfect for actually energizing study breaks. I also sometimes chain these up to get a 30-40min workout but there is no way I could bring myself to start a single workout video that long!

    the regular crunch felt like a break during this workout. All the moves are so intense. I always did blogilates 5min abs, my sister sent me this to try and i loved it! The most intense was the butterfly crunch 😳. My new favorite ab workout! 😍

    Day1- done..
    Day2- done.. slight lines are already visible as i have flat stomachsince before
    Day3- done.. ill check on day 7.. i might have proper lines on that day
    Day4-done.. all gud
    Day5-done.. pretty gud too
    Day6-done.. felt easier to do the workout like ig I'm getting hang of it now
    Day7- done.. not much changes.. it is more easy to do the workout these days not much difficulty
    Day8- done.. all gud again also did plank with it for 1 min
    Day9- done.. the lines are not that visible now as my periods are nearing so i have slight bloating
    Day10- done..
    Day11- done..

    Holly, I just wanted to say, I'm quite new to your channel and it's Christmas so I'm eating more crap than usual. However, with your positive energy and tips, I've kept my Christmas snack habits down A LOT MORE. So far, I've only done your ab workouts, but I'm being totally honest, they are genuinely the best ones I've ever done on RUclips. The amount of pain you make me go through 😂. It's terrific and I feel it in my abs every time exercise, whereas I fail to in a lot of others. Thank you so much and keep it up x

    Hey love! I would suggest that you saw switch when we need to move on to the other leg because we can’t watch fully and work out at the same time. And if you could give pointers on what to do with our necks that would help because most workouts were very hard on the neck

    What a great workout I came several times to your chanel but I felt a bit intimidated because I am much older than you -you could be my daughter or even my granddaughter- Today was the day, and I did it to the end. I have done many abs workouts but this one was intense, yet I knew I could finish. You were very creative doing this workout. P.S. My legs are a bit shaky, I hope I can walk straight tomorrow.     A ten-second rest in between like the other videos would be great, just to make sure you know the form for the next move coming up. Overall the pace intensity and general moves are really good though!

Today was my first tryout with ur workouts and I must say it's intense, but quick enough to not give up...It was a challenge for me since I haven't worked out in years but I will try to stick to this every morning if possible.     I'm doing this for 3 weeks now but cannot really reap the rewards yet since its Holidays and I've been eating out a lot. I can only feel my tummy a bit defined whenever I wake up in the morning.

    I've been doing this workout for two weeks now. every day. I did not see results in der first week so I changed my died and I've been eating just healthy the last week and wow now it hurts so much doing the workout and my stomach is so flat.thank u
