I started listening to Joan Baez when I was a fairly young teen...I'm 70 now. She was my first musical love and that love has never diminished. Thank you, Joan, for still being a beautiful light!!

Ms. Joan Baez, as a Korean I am very appreciated to you. This song was really loved and sung by Koreans during the demonstrations for overthrowing the military dictatorship and realizing democracy from the 1970s to the 80s. At that time, you and your songs brought huge comfort and hope to us in the long-time harsh and exhausting struggle.

Thank you Joan, I am a long time listener and secret follower of you and Bobby's civil rights directives and applauded events of times gone by where your voice has helped heal any divide. To these times I hold sacred, I can tell you from the heart that " They meant every bit you wanted them to be as God as my wittness I assure you" and I thank you for these memories are not in vein. My dad a young Lakota US soldier after landing on Omaha Beach during D-Day invasion and survived the forced liberation of Nazi Concentration camps, he did this service to a country he loved and a oath he took and followed. As a youngster in the 1960's he showed me pictures he took of the Jewish prisoners and of his tour of duty and I have them with me today. Us Native Indigenous nations know what life can sustain are the blessings of being human on earth. The poet recognizes these endeavors......Pilamiye pelo

Joan-- Is a true class act. Was first introduced your music by a much older friend when I was in H.S.. Yes I remember that it was a cassette recording of your concert. Heard " What have they done to the rain", "Blessed are", " Donna Donna" etc. Years later I googled and dug for your music on RUclips. Learned the song "Diamonds and Rust" Wow...such a deeply emotional and moving song, original and pure that no other versions of it compared to. My pleasure to see you on here Joan. Thanks for all these years. All the best.....
Thank You for this beautiful music. I would have paid $500 to see her in concert. Hopefully if she comes to Las Vegas. There are a lot of Hippies here nowadays. Please!!!!!! join maybe with Lionel Ritchie or Santana..
I look back at all the many things you have done for humanitarian causes and issues of equality by activism and by poignant songs which articulate the issues you hold dear, such as social justice and equality. I stand back in awe and want to thank you, Joan, not only for being a consummate performer but for being a wonderful human being whose influence has been profound and touched many hearts and minds. Thank you and may you be America's equivalent of our Vera Lynn; not so much the forces sweetheart but the "Fairness Braveheart".
Saw her in person in 1965 at an outdoor music venue in Maryland. She was great. At the end of her act she brought out some curly headed kid who screeched a lot. Bob Dylan. Who knew?

Form Russia with love)
I listened to your voice and enjoyed it in 1973 in the Soviet Union. A vinyl disc with your songs has been released. And now I listen to this voice again and it makes me happy again.
Hi Joan. I am from Germany. My father was a great fan from you. He had times with the Silver Beatles in the Star Club and played in a band. But when he drunk .... told only from you .... this is a song what he learnd me. LG

Thanks for your love and constant supports has brought me this far. Keep Supporting me ❤️❤️❤️

@@joanbaez3030 Be safe and keep on rocking.
Bob Dylan. Who knew?
Thank you for your actions and for using your wonderful voice for those who aren't being heard. From Italy with a hug... Stefano
