This is real life bro!! People suck, they absolutely didn't look at the boat! It sucks when you are left to depend on someone and they have no problem leaving you floating!! I used to do HVAC also and the only reason I went to school for it, was because a company came to my house and told me I needed a new system and it just turned out to be a small leak at the liquid line!! So you have the ability to fix your motor yourself, it's just the time and the equipment that is the problem! When you first said milky oil, I said gasket and I'm not a mechanic! LOL I absolutely enjoy the process and the progress! Keep pushing forward. I knew a guy who became an mechanical engineer, by just going to the library!! LOL He said that he learned from the same books they use at MIT, he just checked them out of the public library and passed all kinds of certification exams!! Good luck and keep the videos coming!! You got this!!!
Sorry your motor let you down I have learned from experience some outboard dealers that are for sport fishing don't like commercial fisherman that's what I learned with our local honda dealer especially anyone working gill nets they will do you wrong ask the other commercial fisherman where they buy their motors
check out this video think it will help you (blue crab fishing cajun style south Louisiana )would work great on your proline boat and make easy to work alone if needed !
Yea the way he runs is very different that wouldn't work for me. He doesn't use any rebar to weigh his traps down to prevent them from dragging I'm assuming not much current were he's at. So my traps would be way to heavy to come up to the surface. And his water must not be to deep also. But it's a great concept for the right conditions.
Gotta find you a guy that’ll put u in front of everyone, there’s a few guys around Jacksonville that favors commercial fisherman and will get you in and out

Yea I know a little bit but the head Gasket or head is out of my league.
Suzuki is a durable engine but product support is crucial too. Mercury is a fairly simple engine to work on and proven durable too
