    I just found your RUclips channel today & am enjoying & learning from your videos! And I Love that you mentioned ASMR for relaxing I’m in menopause now, which please do more videos on calming through menopause because it seems we get cortisol dumped on us in menopause. But back to ASMR, I’m like you I would get that feeling through people talking softly or my neighbor popping her chewing gum (I know, weird) then I accidentally found ASMR & it relaxes me even to the point that’s it’s put me to sleep! Some think it’s odd but it works for me.
