For early powerspike, TF is squishy so he is sure he can solo kill him so he took AD, and it has better powerspike early u can technically oneshot anyone early with it, nashor is good item too but little weaker early and stronger lategame, he knew he would snowball of TF so he just went AD for early powerspike
