Almost ten years later, and I'm sitting here enjoying this video on my zfold4. Sadden by how LG no longer makes phones. But also very pleased with how far we've come from flex to fold.
Wow, highest rating I've seen for this. Verge gave it a 7/10 and I saw MKBHD say he HATED the LG software on it. Great review tho, I'd love to see one of these in a store. Awesome innovation.
Thinking about upgrading from my iPhone 4S to this phone, only a few things have stopped me from upgrading, does this phone in particular, have a virtual assistant, such as siri?
Its a great phone i wouldn't get rid of it it runs super fast and have never had problems with lag both cameras work really well the only thing i dont like is no external storage but the phone comes with plenty i have already cracked my screen so i would advise getting a case for it
I upgraded from the galaxy S3 to the LG G Flex and I'm incredibly happy with my LG device. The 6 inch display is awesome and it has 32gb internal storage so not having an sd card slot is no biggie for me. It has great features all over it and it's not full hd which is nothing to worry about. It's really a great phone!!
LG FLEX TITIAN 32gb I LOVE YU! Ive had mine 5 years cause its been that good! The size, the Curve ,the battery life, spacious 32gb. Best Phone ive ever Owned ...i tried to upgrade to the LGFlex2 😗that phone was a Let down .., pretty sad i turned back to My Lg Flex 1 .📱 .. the Flex 2 had some nice features but the battery and bootloop were awful. Not joking i had the Flex 2 for 3 weeks and the battery ended up becoming a Real POS it started dying when it was fully charged then turning off and on with out prompt ... After a few days of all that i went to charge it left it to charge 1 hour an a half it showed 100% battery life then wouldnt turn on! I returned it an started over with a New LGFlex 2... I decided i dont want it..,going to galaxy Note instead . Guess what Does still function and work well 😂LGFlex titan 32gb... im using it until my new Galaxy Note arrives! If yu had the LGFlex 1 Dont Think the LgFlex 2 Will be anything close to it. It Really Let me Down! 😘ty for checking my review
Best review of LG G Flex on the internet. Risible and witty. Plus in the video where Michael demo's the phone's calling feature he looks like Robert Downey Jr of ironman, +1 for that 😁. I love both pocketnow and ironman.👍
So wait....we like the glossy and slippery and fingerprint and dust magnet on this phone? But not Samsung's? What am I missing? Lol while I like this phones shape way better than the pebble like shape of the S4...this phone looks like it was dipped in gloss.
actually I think that he didn't say that he likes it, he said that he liked the self healing feature that removes scrather from the surface of the phone, and this glossy surface looks way better on flex that on the s4
I have this phone after coming off a note 3 people think im crazy but i really love this phone the curve makes it a pleasant device to talk on. Ive got big hands and can find myself navigating smoothly without any issues one handed videos through netflix and such is amazing its like a mini imax screen the muti window function is nice i can have 5 apps running and just move them to the side and hide them from the home screen till im ready to use the app again the speaker IMO is better than on my note 3 as far as carrying it in pocket is a breeze it contours to my ass and it contours to my thigh in my front pocket calls are very clear and 4g lte works like a charm and very fast i dont game on my phone so i caint help you there but i love watching movies on it theres alot of options and features but yet not overwhelming with the self healing back i can put it in my pocket with change or keys and within 10 15 mins the scratches are gone so no more bulky case i dont mind the 720p resolution and in my opinion the color texture of my lg is easier on my eyes this is just my opinion and i couldnt be happier with this phone but there is a few things i miss from my note 3 like sd slot and removable battery
After living with the gflex for a week after the Xperia Z1S I can say with certainty that this form factor is incredibly intuitive and easy to live with. Don't knock it until you've used it. It's not gimmicky and the build quality is superb. And honestly... most people use a case with their phone so the texture and glossiness of the back plate is hardly a deal breaker.
The form factor looks fffucking cool, it's just that it's not very pocketable unless you have cargo pants. It might just be too big for my taste. Apple got it right with the iPhone's size. There's a reason it's so narrow!
The self healing coating on the back cover sounds cool at first. But it's glossy, slippery and will get greasy and gross with use. I'd much rather have a textured back cover, so that scratches are invisible.
Hey guys I got a question So I've been having this piece of crap called iPhone 4s for the past two years and I'm ready to switch. Right now moving between Galaxy Note 3 and LG G2. Problems: Note 3 is simply too big I have normal size hands I don't need that big of a screen. Lg G2's software scares me. Is it that bad ? I mean, I don't care if it's ugly, I just want it to work fast and have a brilliant camera and battery life. Another problem is that it has no SD card slot... bwah. Anyway, what should I get ? By the way Note 3 is way more expensive here in sucky Israel and I'm a bit short on money.... Will I regret getting the LG G2 ? Or should I even wait for Galaxy S5 ? Thanks !
LG has been producing more innovative smartphones such as G2, and G Flex...G Flex only available in South Korea now, but will be available rest of the world soon..Both LG, and Samsung are innovative leaders.
Great review michael. In the video demonstration on the windy day i though you were playing battlefield 4. Hey michael, can you do a software walkthrough of gflex. The content about this great phone is already very less on youtube. Please make a video about the software of g flex...
G Flex has a BIG problem if objects on the screen have the colour grey, pixels start dancing in the gray area. Take a look at the menu buttons (android) at the top, they are grey, you see the pixels freak out. LG has no answer to this major problem.
Lol you guys get hype wen you see this lg flex? You guys don't know what Samsung got coming for 2014 just remember that Samsung made that technology out first
Lg is on the rise. I for one think design is great for differentiating yourself in such a crowded slate centric smartphone arena... Looking forward to seeing more of these unorthodoxed innovations
this is a question for those who have gone from iphone s5 to the flex, will the sim card fit into the flex? cause i had the samsung mega before the iphone, and i had to cut my sim card just to get it to fit, and I don't want to have to go through the trouble of getting my info transferred to a new sim. Ive been debating the g flex, flex2 or the g3..anyone who has had any of these phones before please give input, would like to know how each are
I love my Flex! I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with this device. I've finally found a phone that has a battery that can keep up with me
Lolz you were right I do want one. But Ill stick to my Nexus 5 I just do not like these skins that these others companies use. I am more simple with my electronics.
I got one last month, I got so used to it very fast, that now, I couldn't live without it. For me, working with a lot of graphics materials, the LG FLEX gets the job well done... Awesome phone, or "handheld computer", as we should start calling this devices, since the phone capability it's just a small aspect of all its features.
To all the people that don't like the phone no one is begging you to buy it is a good phone its different it's boring to have the flat phones keep your negative comments to yourself
Almost ten years later, and I'm sitting here enjoying this video on my zfold4. Sadden by how LG no longer makes phones. But also very pleased with how far we've come from flex to fold.
On my Z fold 5 watching this specifically because its fun to see how far we've come
You've come a long way, MrMobile!
Wow, nice to see LG have a winner!
They already won with the G2 Smartphone! ;)
always a pleasure watching any of Michael's reviews, heck any of his videos.
Wow, highest rating I've seen for this. Verge gave it a 7/10 and I saw MKBHD say he HATED the LG software on it. Great review tho, I'd love to see one of these in a store. Awesome innovation.
one of the best phones i ve had, still has it with me, xurrently using samsung edge 7
Great review.. Amy word of a new gflex coming out anytime soon?
Pocketnow has good taste in music! :>
Great video just one more phone to put in my decision-making come march.
I ordered mine I should get it Wednesday!
Thinking about upgrading from my iPhone 4S to this phone, only a few things have stopped me from upgrading, does this phone in particular, have a virtual assistant, such as siri?
overall great phone picking one up from at&t talked to a guy about it yesterday
How is it? Is the 720p res. noticeable? I was considering one, too.
Its a great phone i wouldn't get rid of it it runs super fast and have never had problems with lag both cameras work really well the only thing i dont like is no external storage but the phone comes with plenty i have already cracked my screen so i would advise getting a case for it
Great review
at 8:01 you have a cover case at the back were can I find that
U forgot about 4K video recording mate!
Android is the best OS so far. It just need a few tweeks here & there.
Great Review ... I like the LG g flex is beautifull device.
The box itself is really cool
does it supports USB otg and USB type c
i Want this phone so bad
nice review sir
two likes for this
Has anybody heard anything on the Original LG G Flex getting the 5.0 update? If so comment please.
I want
Yeah, I'm sold.
Haha nice outro
Should I get g flex for the curved display and uniqueness or should I get the nexus 5 for android lollipop and none of LG's ugly UI
If i die before Michael Fisher does... I would like him to narrate my life's achievements :P Better than Freeman :D
Michael your review narrations are like watching a documentary. Great work as always... Now I want one.
I would agree with that...
We are creative possible negative it countdown makes
A phone that's SUPPOSED to bend. #bendgate #shadeatapple
Okay, I want one.

I think it is that it feels different from anything else so far according to Michael. The GS4 definitely feels like the GS3
actually I think that he didn't say that he likes it, he said that he liked the self healing feature that removes scrather from the surface of the phone, and this glossy surface looks way better on flex that on the s4
I used to have this... one of my most favorite phones I've ever owned.
Solid review here ***** The LG Flex right now seems like what LG should have made the G2. Can't get to get the chance to review it.
Much appreciated, man! Re: Flex's relationship to G2 - we had the same thought, which we elaborated on in the full review. ^MF
I have the G2 and I love it! not sure what you have a problem with it, but its an incredible phone
Pocketnow video sex usa
Love the out takes
Thanks. That was a tongue-twister at the top. ^MF
LG makes good looking phones and devices, however the quality control sucks and I've never had good luck with their phones.
I saw Eminem Music love you more ^MF big Thumb Up for you and your video and here is subscribe :D
Man I'm sad this was taken when I'm still with my friend but he died the following year 💔💔💔 this was his dream phone
Good review.
Is there any way to play full screen games on my LG g2?please answer me...ty
As a front-pocket user, this phone is absolutely useless for me.
I have always loved the idea of a curved phone. Like the old galaxy nexus
I have this phone after coming off a note 3 people think im crazy but i really love this phone the curve makes it a pleasant device to talk on. hi Michael please make a comparison between the nexus 5 and the gflex
So far the G flex is best fucking phone I've had.
I love this phone so much
If it comes out before Feb I might get this over the G2.
i very wanna see the lg G flex in 2018 :c
The form factor looks fffucking cool, it's just that it's not very pocketable unless you have cargo pants. It might just be too big for my taste. Apple got it right with the iPhone's size. There's a reason it's so narrow!
As usual, great review Michael; doing justice to every phone in it's own way!
The self healing coating on the back cover sounds cool at first. But it's glossy, slippery and will get greasy and gross with use. I'd much rather have a textured back cover, so that scratches are invisible.

Great review!! Have been using the G Flex for a week or so. Can't stop bending it!! Haha

When LG updates the G2 to 4.4, will I be able to switch from Delvac to ART?
I would just buy to Moto X but the battery and screen are a little small
Lol you guys get hype wen you see this lg flex? You guys don't know what Samsung got coming for 2014 just remember that Samsung made that technology out first
I had this phone and have o say it will go down as one of my favorite phones of all time.
gee, I wonder why it didn't caught on.
Lg is on the rise. I for one think design is great for differentiating yourself in such a crowded slate centric smartphone arena... Looking forward to seeing more of these unorthodoxed innovations

Great review and great phone. The Curv helps as vel to pick up phone from flat surfaces, very notisyble after struggling wilt Note 2
I love my Flex! I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with this device. I've finally found a phone that has a battery that can keep up with me
You make the best pocketnow reviews. Keep up the good work! Hey why hasnt there been any reviews from pocketnow on the Dell Venue 8 Pro??
Hi should I buy this or lg g 2?
Otherwise I have my own plan for galaxy note 3 or nokia lumia 1520
Lolz you were right I do want one. But Ill stick to my Nexus 5 I just do not like these skins that these others companies use. I am more simple with my electronics.
If it didn't cost $1000 unlocked...I might consider it. Seeing as it does cost $1000 unlocked...there's not a chance in hell.
It's a really nice phone. So far it has been working perfect for me. Thumbs up for LG for this amazing phone.
If this was a 1080p device I would marry that thing no matter what people think plus I don't really care about iso
@All Purchased the phone, can't wait to use it.
Pocketnow Name of the song in the background?
Other than that ridiculous busy notification shade (open and closed) i love the optimus ui. Great looking phone.
Iphone 6flex
definitely not "the tinkering type", probably why I've always liked Windows Phone
am soo confused i like the 6.0 inch display on the g flex, i like the 1080p resolution on the g flex2
Love this Reviewer his voice, looks and explanations everything about him is sooooo Awesome ^_^
I have iphone5s and nexus 5.. considering to buy this or LG g3.. nice phone!
To all the people that don't like the phone no one is begging you to buy it is a good phone its different it's boring to have the flat phones keep your negative comments to yourself

Hey micheal you forgot about Qtheater. Check out lynn la's review if needed
Your reviews are my favorite man.
Do a vs between the galaxy note 3 and the LG flex.
The only thing holding me back from this and the G2 are there lousy android updates and skins
very awesome! now that lg has fixed the fairy cartoon launcher for this neon is an excellent product
Can you hide the task bar at the bottom where the home back buttons are ? As ive a lg g3s and this wont does my tree in
Please do a video comparison between the G Flex and the Galaxy Round..
Clock and weather widget is LG preinstalled or custom?
boomerang phone? throw it and see if it comes back to you.
The LG G flex is a smartphone of great innovation and Creativity...
Awesome review MF! A request. More Lumia 1520 videos please!
I love my g2! And i approved this g Flex is outstanding phone!
Great Review Michael Fisher I Really want This Phone right Now .
Great review.. Amy word of a new gflex coming out anytime soon?
I think that I want this phone just because of the curved screen and the great battery.
