This is by far the best E-Nable hand assembly video I've found! Throughout the video you were very clear on what to do and I didn't get confused anywhere. I myself am missing my left hand and gonna try to make a Phoenix v2 Hand myself

Thank you, John, and just in time! I have a V2 device ready for a recipient, but the velcro straps (of all things) had me stumped. Your video nicely complements your written guide.

Excellent tutorial, John. I'm looking forward to printing and assembling my test build. Thank you for producing this very informative video.

Hello, what kind of screws you used to adjust the threads and which ones for the palm?

Nice video - I have a model all printed and ready to go and found your template for the foam within the assembly PDF very helpful. My issue is that I printed everything in 135% scale and I noticed your templates only went as high as 130%. Any chance there is another file for a 5% increase?

I’d recommend printing the 100% scale templates using a 135% magnification

Hi John, great video. How can I get the printing files for the foam adhesive to use as templates? i have printed the Phoenix v2 pieces at 130%. I cannot seem to locate these print files. Thank you.

I’ve always used PLA but others have used ABS and other materials

A really great video John! Only one problem. Where can I find the template master for the foam palm and gauntlet? Searched a few times and coming up empty-handed. Just finished my first Phoenix hand and that is all I have left to complete.

On Thingiverse you'll find the assembly guide as a PDF file. The foam templates are included in that document.

Hi John, Where do you source the clear fingertip grips in the UK? i only seem to find the assorted colour packs. The only clear ones i have found are from the 3d Universe website and after the shipping costs to the uk the price gets a little silly ($56.49 for 10 fingertips)

Sorry, I don't have a UK source. I suggest you ask on the e-NABLE g+ community

How do I get in contact with you? I am trying to build a phoenix hand

If you find out how to get in contact with John, please share. I can't find an email address or anything. I would like to print and build the hand, and would like to know if there is a kit available at 3DPrinting.com like there is for the Raptor Reloaded hand.

Excellent video! I would also like to build a hand for myself and was very impressed with your tutorial. You mentioned that you sometimes do workshops and I was wondering if I might be able to have a hand built as a part of one of your workshops.
