Thanks so much for showing these installations! It's really helpful personally, because I still need to hide my one connect wire. It gives me confidence, I can plan for the best and handle whatever problems my wall might have in store for me.
The side room looks good, but that living room install is gorgeous! It's exactly the right size for that space, and will add such a beautiful gallery of artwork for when not actively watching a show.

Where do you get the white box?? We went in very blindly when trying to install ours flush to the wall. Such a pain
Not to be picky but I am surprised you didn't put painters tape over the outlet on the
mantle to keep out dust........It is much more fun to watch Jen. Her smile is amazing.
Not to be picky, but.... pick at stupid things. I had to work on the outlet.. I ripped it apart to create a new one... for the box. Silly.

Is there any difference in mounting process between the LS03B (2022 / 2023) and the LS03D (2024) models?
Reason I ask is because the LS03D (2024) model Samsung Installation Guide doesn’t even show that the tv comes with a wall mount.
allways put up mount 1st.. and protect mantel with drop cloth

Do you have a link to the in-wall large white box that holds the one box and cables over the fireplace? Also, trying to figure out how you are getting power to the tv over the fireplace without the power cable going down to the mantle outlet (did I miss that part in the video)? I have almost the exact same setup at my place and want to emulate this (hopefully without as much cutting through wood *fingers crossed* Appreciate the video!
Nevermind, I see at around 15:45 that you relocated the outlet inside the box. Still would love to get a link to the white box if you have it!

I don't like the one connect box in the wall since that is where HDMI plugs in.
Yea I hear that. It’s probably a fire hazard and not up to code. But I don’t know where else they would have put it. The contractor should have ran the wires. Oh I just realized they are using that metal bracket.

B, do you know of any risk/fire hazard in placing Samsung One Connect wire uncovered within an exterior wall w/insulation?

Can you expand on solutions for the cable to the box not being in wall rated? It seems like Samsung should have solve that problem because the expectation is not to have any visible wires. Thank you

Looking at an 85" does it have the same upscaling as the QN92D for 2024?

Can you use painters tape to make your marks? Also if you line out your cut lines with painters tape it will keep your cuts clean...

A job well done and it certainly looks nice. I wouldn't attempt a project like the one over the fireplace. I would frig it up.
Not uncommon, even for some pros. I have done a lot of these so experience pays. I've fixed a lot of crap attempts

I've watched a bunch of your videos before finally settling on a 75" Frame. I haven't found any videos on how to remove the TV from the wall if I want to add components to a rear mounted one connect box. Can you hit this in a short or dire t me to a vid? I'm afraid to try pulling my TV off the wall. 🙈
Nah bud your Frame's stuck for life.
Just lift it up. It will release. It's just a little depression in the Mounting bracket to make it harder to just pop off.

The “frame” just don’t call it a bezel. It’s 2024 we don’t do bezels. But we do frames. What if we made a tv with thiccc bezels and painted the bezels the color of expensive wood?

How did you end up doing an install without your tools? Was that because you were just helping a buddy and he said he would have all the tools you needed already at his house?

I live in San Diego. He in Jersey. I did not fly my tools across country.

Yeah it looks amazing when not in use, but if you don't have an expensive home it's probably not worth it
i always said , it’s a pretty crappy TV. but it’s a really neat expensive art piece.
They don't tilt like picture frames are supposed to not tilt.
@@curtis445 Yes, that was my point. When the tv is above the fireplace, it’s nice to be able to tilt the tv so you have a better viewing angle. You lose this option with a frame tv.
We’reShopping and looking at 2 televisions the Sony x85k and the Samsung q70c both in 65,, we wer told also that tcl are just as good need HELP😂
Go for the TCL QM8. Its a mini led tv with excellent colors and contrast.
Yes the Q7 and QM8 are good. The hisense U7k as well

Don't buy new 2024, Frame tv with Series D. The best is Samsung frame tv with B series with Mat finish. D series have excess colour and brightness which gives unnatural picture. I regrate because I replied B series with D.
Terrible place to put a television never put a television over a fireplace. The heats an issue the angles, an issue on your neck. It's just all wrong..
None of that is true. Good try. 👍 the Mantel is made to push out the heat and tons of people have tvs over fireplace
