Yeah this is how it is in my 20’s, you just kinda learn to not celebrate tbh. Eventually you’ll just hit the age where you don’t want to celebrate it so I guess it evens out. Unfortunately my parents don’t remember either and I don’t care to remind them because it seems somewhat self centered I think.

This sounds weird but sometimes I don't really care too much about my birthday. A cake is enough for me or making some fried chicken lmao. This sounds weird but sometimes I don't really care too much about my birthday. A cake is enough for me or making some fried chicken lmao. I never go out on my birthday and the only people who know are my family and my best friend (my other friends don't know when my birthday is)
