I am first time buyer of the 2020 HSS928W. I came from a B&G 13hp and was hesitant about buying a reduced hp machine. To my surprise all my concerns disappeared. Yes the chute turns slow but you get used to it. I would like to see Honda pop on a larger motor but overall this 9 hp does it all, so for anyone hesitating on which model for a first time purchase start with the 9 hp wheel or track. I bought the wheeled version for the ability to move it around in the garage during the summer whereas the track needs a dolly. The engine starts first pull everytime. I recently had to remove the chute control as it decided not to do a tilt down. I set the machine up on its auger housing so getting to the chute control would be easy. After taking it apart and cleaning the carbon deposits off the touch points I reinstalled, set the blower back on its wheels and since it has to run to test the chute I expected the engine to give me a problem. One pull engine fired up and chute control back in service. It's a Honda.

Good comparison. I heard in your other video the 28 bog down at the end of the driveway when the 32 didn't.. but overall the 28 was going faster.

I’m very glad it won’t roll back over your toes when you’re snow blowing your driveway.

Thanks for the lead about the PSI. Have you called Honda to verify? I appreciate the info, but have my doubts about beads breaking with accurate pressure. Thanks

I would be happy with the wheel model.

Finally watched this video. Love the older model snowblower better. The new ones as I've said before are more adjustment maintenance.

928 with tracks, all the way. No problem turning a Honda with tracks due to the clutch levers, since turning the snowblower is the only argument against opting for tracks.

Does the new HSS (28") have the ability to adjust the blower height like the older model?

Man I still like that hss928. Just wish it had a little bigger engine. Looks like a tank

I have the 1332 track and find it almost impossible to get the height lever to adjust to different levels. Have you heard of this issue? Would your manual talk about a fix? Thanks

Can't walk your machine up and down a set of stairs with wheels. My tracked 928 climbs stairs pretty well.

I have a 2013 hss 928 and a new 22 hss1332. The HSS doesn't stand for steering because my hss928 doesn't have it. Both mine are tracks. The newer 1332 moves faster than my 928 so they changed something, and reverse is much quicker now. Wheels suck. Once you get ice in your driveway...which is not a real hill btw, you will hate the wheels. Plus the wheels will not push the blower into thicker stuff where the tracks will without any effort. Your 1332 is the much better blower. I will agree with the control comments. I fear the electronics and why did they swap the controls around...confusing to get used to and seem less ergonomic
