Question of the Day ⚡ What was your biggest takeaway from this episode? Let us know! ⬇ Learn the one RUclips strategy that gets me 122,490 views PER DAY ➡ ThinkMasterclass.com
Key Takeaway - Create a calendar to plan out when to work ON the business vs. when to work IN the business. Another Key Takeway is related to going full-time on RUclips ... it doesn't always mean that you're the content creator, but you can be a full-time writer for a channel or a full-time editor.
One of the hardest working teams I know. Loved this entire episode and all your knowledge you shared Lauren. You and Neim are inspiring. Thanks Sean and the Think team for this awesome interview.
I've been at it for almost 2 years, still not monetized 😭 but I'm here on Think media to keep learning and improve my craft,, I will keep going...it's so hard though!
Same for me not monetized yet and has started since covid lockdown. It does not help much because YT is taking your watch time and hours away. It breaks my heart when you put your heart and soul into it and then they do this! But any video you have with over 100 views they are running ads and making money off you. It is so sad when you are older and trying to get monetized to help support yourself on retirement income. Good luck and keep going.
This was my morning walk podcast today! Love it! Create with Authenticity and Integrity. Thank you for sharing Shows that everyone has something and that something can change your life in ways ways you could never imagine!
I just started my channel, my videos are in Spanish but I live in Australia mate 🇦🇺 I used to repair furniture but I got not pasión for it anymore. I also like filmmaking and now I am talking about topics I love but adding a bit of filmmaking 😊
Really enjoyed watching a more in depth interview with this talented and hard-working lady. Lauren is the real deal and I love how she and Neiman have worked and grown and I am so happy for them! Thanks for the inspiration, insight, and helpful discussion! Love it!
Congrats to Lauren and her Boyfriend for their success! Takeaway - working ON the business. Love that. Having started (properly) in 2019 and trying to grow through the pandemic, this resonates with me. Excellent to hire an external video editor early and hope we can reach your levels with our music tech channel. Amazing 👏 👏 👏
I agree it is very difficult to get monetized. I had one video hit 36k views but the rest are around 200-1000. I’m not sure I understand the algorithm. But I’ll keep pushing forward. I love watching FFT!
Super inspiring podcast - thanks for sharing your experience Lauren! Consistency & authenticity is the thread that connects all of these RUclips success stories… success leaves clues 👍
This was inspiring. I like the fact that her boyfriend keeps her focused on bringing in revenue so she won’t have to keep working if she doesn’t want to. Creating content and doing what we love is fun but we can’t grow without monetizing so it’s something we should be be mindful of. Having a balance is great. Good interview.
Thankyou Sean for another great video. I am curious to know why YT keep taking small RUclipsrs channel watch time and hours.away! Its very hard to keep going and get monetized on RUclips. They are making money on my videos with over 100 views which is not fair. I am an older person who have no idea about social media, but start my channel anyways. I hope to get monetized someday soon and be able to supplement my retirement income which is not much.
but she is one of the lucky ones, whos channel took off because of the singular monetary goal "help me pay off my student loans by buying me a coffee and watching my ads and im selling furniture" so its easy content for people to digest and they want to see the payoff and not everyone wants to do that so i doubt that if someone else wanted to start a flipping channel they would NOT make 25k in 6mos - maybe $25 after 12 mos

Love the tips on working with your partner. It's nice to be aware of boundaries and what each business partner needs.

This was great! Thanks so much for sharing❤👏🏻
I think this is a great niche and that is part of the reason she got the success.
informative content, find a good team (editors operators, graders etc)
Inspiration to keep going!🌿
On r a teacher ALWAYS a teacher
It is exciting
Who did she say was her video editor? Thanks
Her boyfriend. 💓
She said his name is Harrison who does the editing. The videographer is Neiman her SO/business partner.
Wow this is inspiring story
