How do you permanently delete box that says LG smart TV ThinQ webos home cinema experience? It keeps dropping down on my new TV and I press the delete but it keeps coming back? How do I permanently delete it??? Thank you!!

maybe if you have global version tv & VPN then you can try to change tv settings - country united states and connect tv to wifi via VPN for united states

reset and select home option instead of shop, or go to advanced settings and disable shop mode
